Wheelz Casino will not pay my withdrawal

I am having issues with Wheelz Casino, I am fully verified with them and trying to withdraw my winnings, they have this on hold until I verify with their sister site, why is this, they are asking me to produce cards that are out of date and I no longer have access to, can anyone tell me if they can do this? This seems ridiculous as if I am verified why should I verify with a site I am not playing on
