Fair comment son , I sincerely wish you all the bestCheers @Malcy123, putting a big of ease at mind knowing you and 2 others have been paid. Certainly will be staying away from it in the future, taking my money and running (assuming I get it). I noticed they never had live chat but when you said they only had live chat for deposits I went back on and spoke with them, just said it was for a withdrawal not a deposit. I was greeting by a not very friendly person, i said Hi and the person just said “hi :0” then “*”...then waited until I sent my next message, no hi how can i help you etc...i said i sent an email 12 hours ago, to which they instantly replied and said “yes we got your 3 emails”...which was kind of odd that 1. They were so quick to tell they got my emails, and 2. That they never responded to my emails anyway...they received them but couldn’t be bothered responding. Anyway they told me my documents would be reviewed within 4-5 hours so hoping by midnight tonight i will be approved. I just need to prepare myself for waiting up to potentially 2 weeks but as long as I get the money ill be happy.
@gypsycream26I’m actually quite smart with online casinos, however I have a bit of an addiction...Being signed up to gamstop for a year, I have occasional urges a few times a month to gamble online, and the only way I can do this is to sign up to non gam stop casinos. I know there is a risk in this as they are not as well regulated as UK licensed casinos, but my brain for some reasons tells me its a risk worth taking. I do still go to high street bookies to place bets on football etc. I would obviously rather play at a reputable casino like william hill or 888 or leo vegas but since i cant play any of these the only options like i say are non gam stop. I always think there is still a chance if i win that ill get my money, but realise theres probably more chance that i won’t get my money, it doesn’t stop me doing it though.
i appreciate your advice though of sticking to well known brands, like I say i would do this if i hadn’t signed up to gam stop, but gam stop was the only option really because there are just so many sites now you can gamble on. Gam stop has helped me in that it has reduced my online gambling significantly however i still relapse on a non gam stop site occasionally.
@Malcy123 did you have to send a selfie with your ID for verification?
like Malcy said id advice anyone thinking of joining harry’s to not, im taking my money and running and trying to not sign up to any non gam stop casino in the future![]()
Hi buddy I have nearly the identical experience to you withdrew £400 3 weeks later still not in my account and they have now suspended and banned my account, has any body got any advice of anyone to contact to complain and try and receive funds ?Do not trust this casino it is 100% a scam.
I withdrew £200 three weeks ago and a further £470 a week ago and have not received a penny.
I have received plenty of excuses ranging from Covid affecting their staff and how because they are based abroad using foreign banks that it takes longer especially for 1st withdrawals which can take up to 2 weeks.
Well it is now 3 weeks since that first withdrawal and I have not had a dime.
My account is still active and they do occasionally respond to my repeated messages chasing my money but I have now come to terms with the fact I have been conned and I won't be seeing a penny of my money.
Please use my experience as a lesson to avoid these cowboys at all cost!
I agree 100 with you on this.Jeroen83 said:Woud'nt it be great if all online casino's and brand simply offer a instant payment rather then this 48 hours cooldown with the option to cancel withdrawl? I mean it's not for the player; it's for the casino because they know quite a few users spunk the withdrawl into reversing it and playing it to oblivion.
I mean in a landbased i get paid instant. When i want to play online i have to deposit. When i want to get bread from the supermarkt i have to pay instant. Why not the other way around? Nope. Just a greedy business as usual.
Good job, late is definitely better neverWanted to update people with my progress and perhaps put some people who are wondering where there money is at ease.
I have now made 3 withdrawals from Playatharrys and have received all 3 lots of £500. The withdrawals sit pending for 72-80 hours. Please note that nothing happens on a weekend so it is 72-80 hours during business days only. Once they are approved they diassapear from your pending withdrawal section but appear as an account debit under your Playatharrys account statement (finincial). The money then hits my UK bank account another 3 days later at around 5pm UK time. Again this is business days only so you should'nt count weekends.
I suggest to NOT chase customer services and piss them off but instead to accept that this is an overseas casino and therefore paying a UK player takes time.
DO NOT relentlessly chase and annoy them because I genuinely believe this company pays out. Just be accepting that it can take time. Chasing and threatening them will only give them reason to close your account.
Hopefully any punters coming here in a panic that theyve lost there money can take some reassurance from this.
Dave
