Joined an online casino 01/08/2021 called playatharrys.com, made 9 deposits in total totalling £1300 over 2 days , went on to win £1900 (the money is still sitting in the account). Tried emailing them and withdrawing the money only to get no response, loaded up my online banking when i noticed the exact amounts were taken for companies in northern ireland,mexico so i decided to look at reviews on the company to find its blacklisted everywhere and that there is no contact details other than an email address which never responds. Everywhere states no withdrawals ever leave the account and thats its fraudulent, its doesnt have a gaming licence. I have sent 10/15 emails no response, i dont even care about the winnings i just want my deposits back as they have been taken without the possibility of ever having the money back or a fair chance of being able to have my money back if a bet wins. I have contacted my bank awaiting a call back regarding fraud.i have screen shotted the account transactions and the current balance because i read they block your account when you start questioning where the withdrawals are and that would leave me without proof they existed. I had no idea this was a fraudulent company when opening an account nor did i realise it had no legitimate gaming licence. To summarise i have £1900 locked in an account where i deposited £1300 only after this did it become apparent theres no way possible of ever withdrawing this. I hope i can get my deposits back if not the winnings as i have been fraudulently conned into depositing into a company who have no intention of ever fulfilling the withdrawal requests.
Has anyone recently received any of their winnings back if not winnings just the deposited amount? has anyones bank reimbursed the deposits? If so what lead times are on the withdrawals?

I had a long history with them too. Deposited about 2000, ended up winning big and balance went up to 12,000
They paided out 500 at a time but it took about 20 days per withdrawal. this went on for months and I'd continuously chase them up for the pending withdrawal. After about 4 months I managed to get 4000 withdrew to my bank account. All the time I refused to place any more bets. Eventually at the start of June my outstanding balance of around 7000 disappeared one day. I questioned it and they said the t&c give them the right to removing any balance if you don't bet ( irregular patterns ) basically they can do what the want.
I just asked them to close my account as they're not going to pay me anymore.
I think a was Very patient but very lucky to receive the winnings I got. I'm just happy I no longer have to deal with them.

That’s all I want is my deposit back they can keep the so called winnings, i will try and stay civil and patient until I can hopefully get back 2 withdrawals and if I lose my remaining £300 plus winnings I won’t care that much. So you think it’ll take a couple of months to get back a couple of withdrawals? What type of emails were you sending support to get these withdrawals?

I mean at first it was only like 5-7 days per withdrawal, but they uped the wait time every time to see if I would cancel it / lose more money. I'd just send support a mail saying I withdrew on day X, it has been n days. Please let me know what the hold up is. They replied ' it will be with you as soon as possible' then it would land a few days after that.
Ok I’ll persevere with trying to get a couple of withdrawals out of them to recover most of my deposits even if I don’t get it all I’d rip their hand off for 2 lots and accept the remaining loss. Hopefully I can get some type of resolution within 2/3 weeks. Thank you for taking the time to respond to me. I’ve been searching forums etc like crazy in the hope someone has had a bit of success even if it’s only some of the deposit back. I presume once they closed your account you never received anything off them again?

Correct, they stole the 7000 off my account without notice. I expected them to do that eventually so I just decided to cut ties and save on the stress. Good luck to you

Harrys done my winning bet as a loser, and wont change it, emailed them loads of times. It wasnt there fault as wrong result was given at the time, but amended 15 mins later, Dont know what to do .. Also is every one getting their money ok,, even though it takes a while !!
Not yet no, 3 days it’s still pending I’ve emailed daily but took advice of a few others and not be overly aggressive until I can try and get my deposits back as soon as I have an update I’ll post here for others to see,

Fingers crossed for both of us, 3 days pending, personally I don’t think I’ll see anything and I’m expecting my account to be locked for no reason other than to steal my money, keep me informed if you receive anything at all

I first thought that, but if its been going a few years, and dont pay out, it would of been shut down within weeks.. maybe they just release funds on friday afternoons ..

My pending £500 has vanished but not back to my account nor in my bank I have attempted to withdraw a further £500 so I do hope I can get back my deposit

Is that guy on moneysupermarket a hacker, something drastic has changed for people to be getting money back
