@Malcy123hahah I kid you not it said it in the terms that you must take a selfie with your ID ''below your chin''...I went through all the terms to make sure  there wasn't anything dodgy.
Update, I have had my account verified which I'm pleased with, and made a withdrawal, without taking a selfie.

I think I know why everyone had to wait a week-2 weeks for their withdrawal, the withdrawal is via bank transfer, and not through visa. typically bank transfers take much longer than visa...on any casino website.

More hopeful ill get my money now, though its not over until its over!

Cheers @Malcy123, putting a big of ease at mind knowing you and 2 others have been paid. Certainly will be staying away from it in the future, taking my money and running (assuming I get it). I noticed they never had live chat but when you said they only had live chat for deposits I went back on and spoke with them, just said it was for a withdrawal not a deposit. I was greeting by a not very friendly person, i said Hi and the person just said “hi :0” then “:)*”...then waited until I sent my next message, no hi how can i help you etc...i said i sent an email 12 hours ago, to which they instantly replied and said “yes we got your 3 emails”...which was kind of odd that 1. They were so quick to tell they got my emails, and 2. That they never responded to my emails anyway...they received them but couldn’t be bothered responding. Anyway they told me my documents would be reviewed within 4-5 hours so hoping by midnight tonight i will be approved. I just need to prepare myself for waiting up to potentially 2 weeks but as long as I get the money ill be happy.

@gypsycream26I’m actually quite smart with online casinos, however I have a bit of an addiction...Being signed up to gamstop for a year, I have occasional urges a few times a month to gamble online, and the only way I can do this is to sign up to non gam stop casinos. I know there is a risk in this as they are not as well regulated as UK licensed casinos, but my brain for some reasons tells me its a risk worth taking. I do still go to high street bookies to place bets on football etc. I would obviously rather play at a reputable casino like william hill or 888 or leo vegas but since i cant play any of these the only options like i say are non gam stop. I always think there is still a chance if i win that ill get my money, but realise theres probably more chance that i won’t get my money, it doesn’t stop me doing it though.
i appreciate your advice though of sticking to well known brands, like I say i would do this if i hadn’t signed up to gam stop, but gam stop was the only option really because there are just so many sites now you can gamble on. Gam stop has helped me in that it has reduced my online gambling significantly however i still relapse on a non gam stop site occasionally.

@Malcy123 did you have to send a selfie with your ID for verification?

like Malcy said id advice anyone thinking of joining harry’s to not, im taking my money and running and trying to not sign up to any non gam stop casino in the future 😅
Fair comment son , I sincerely wish you all the best     🙂

Malcy and Ell, I was just wondering for withdrawal via bank transfer they ask IBAN and SWIFT which is ok, but there is all ''Bank account number'' do you add your accounts number or some sort of Bank account number for international transfer. As usually you only need IBAN and SWIFT only.

Do not trust this casino it is 100% a scam.

I withdrew £200 three weeks ago and a further £470 a week ago and have not received a penny.

I have received plenty of excuses ranging from Covid affecting their staff and how because they are based abroad using foreign banks that it takes longer especially for 1st withdrawals which can take up to 2 weeks.

Well it is now 3 weeks since that first withdrawal and I have not had a dime.

My account is still active and they do occasionally respond to my repeated messages chasing my money but I have now come to terms with the fact I have been conned and I won't be seeing a penny of my money.

Please use my experience as a lesson to avoid these cowboys at all cost!

Hi buddy I have nearly the identical experience to you withdrew £400 3 weeks later still not in my account and they have now suspended and banned my account, has any body got any advice of anyone to contact to complain and try and receive funds ?

Great news mate....my money came in today. I out an immense amount of pressure on them though. Several Emails daily and reporting them to Curacao and Action Fraud and they finally paid

Thanks for the response mate much appreciated have you got a link for the complaint companies?

All I was in a similar situation as most of you with playatharrys, was waiting on 1st withdrawal of £450 after being verified, it sat pending for a week so I emailed them asking what was taking so long then magically it left the pending- then this is where the fun and games started. I waited and waited for the money to appear and started emailing them with the auto response of it could take longer due to being over seas blah blah blah with the covid excuse chucked in every so often. Was starting to get very worried and look at adr companies and claim companies but could find very little hence how I came to find this post. I emailed them daily asking for updates and also kept asking for some free plays which I got three lots of £30 to use on slots (won f all like) anyway after 19 days I have finally had the payment process into my account granted it was only for £438 but I ll take that after thinking it had all gone. Anyway I think you should get your cash eventually and it is very frustrating - needless to say I won’t be gambling with them again even though I like their site as I can’t be waiting 3 weeks for withdrawals.

Hope this helps

Hi all,

Currently trying to get the attention of this playatharrys lot - uploaded the verification documents over a week ago and sent several messages on the website but still had no replies so can’t make a withdrawal.
I’m unable to send them an email to their email address either (I get a message saying the domain couldn’t be found). Can anyone here confirm that the email address they got responses from was support@playataharrys.com ?

I’m hoping they’ll eventually get back to the messages I sent via the online form but I’m aware that they’re obviously a pain.

Any help in contacting them is greatly appreciated.

Hi all, new here. Signed up because of Playharry's and experiencing similar issues.

I fully validated my account with them before I even deposited to minimise any risk. My first withdrawal arrived just 2 days after I requested it and the full £500 came through.

I have now won a substantial amount and requested a £500 withdrawal last Thursday 28th Jan 2021. The pending status dissapeared on Monday 1st Feb. As of today that withdrawal is nowhere to be seen.

Now it is clear that these withdrawals can take a long time to come through, but I am keen to know if anybody has ever NOT received their money at all?

Thanks in advance guys for your help.

Woud'nt it be great if all online casino's and brand simply offer a instant payment rather then this 48 hours cooldown with the option to cancel withdrawl? I mean it's not for the player; it's for the casino because they know quite a few users spunk the withdrawl into reversing it and playing it to oblivion.

I mean in a landbased i get paid instant. When i want to play online i have to deposit. When i want to get bread from the supermarkt i have to pay instant. Why not the other way around? Nope. Just a greedy business as usual.
I agree 100 with you on this.

Wanted to update people with my progress and perhaps put some people who are wondering where there money is at ease.

I have now made 3 withdrawals from Playatharrys and have received all 3 lots of £500. The withdrawals sit pending for 72-80 hours. Please note that nothing happens on a weekend so it is 72-80 hours during business days only. Once they are approved they diassapear from your pending withdrawal section but appear as an account debit under your Playatharrys account statement (finincial). The money then hits my UK bank account another 3 days later at around 5pm UK time. Again  this is business days only so you should'nt count weekends.

I suggest to NOT chase customer services and piss them off but instead to accept that this is an overseas casino and therefore paying a UK player takes time.

DO NOT relentlessly chase and annoy them because I genuinely believe this company pays out. Just be accepting that it can take time. Chasing and threatening them will only give them reason to close your account.

Hopefully any punters coming here in a panic that theyve lost there money can take some reassurance from this.

Good job, late is definitely better never 😉

Thought I would register here as I have been googling this place like mad recently.

Signed up and Deposited around 2k in February after chasing a few bets. I have since put a nice run together and got my balance up to 7k.

Took about 1 week and some slight chasing to get verified at first.

First I was Anxious at the withdrawals. 500 limit is frustratingly low but after 3 business days (midday) the pending withdrawals

1st Withdrawal was pretty much in my bank account within a few hours

2nd Withdrawal took a Day after it left the pending queue.

3rd and 4th have both taken 2 full days after leaving the pending queue.

Its quite a slow and nerve wrecking process but so far at least I have been able to withdraw the initial deposit.

I have another 7k in balance to withdraw, unfortunately it will take weeks but as far as I can say the do pay out.

I will concur to the last comment, yes they do pay-out but the withdrawal process is slow and 500 is too low. Other than that a nice site to play.
