Hello,

i had something the same, but i asked the customer service before. They clearly say i have to withdraw everything and make a new deposit, so the balance isnt restriceted by the bonus terms and condition. Makes absolutly no sense but they were very clear about this.

My experience with bonus deposits and withdrawals on wazbee is to 100% excellent.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. However, we are having difficulty understanding the core of the discussion, making it challenging to provide a precise response.

As you know, the primary purpose of a casino is to offer players the opportunity to play with real money, with a chance to win and withdraw their winnings. Customers deposit funds, play, and, depending on luck, may win or lose. This is the fundamental nature of any casino.

To attract players, casinos develop various loyalty programs and bonus offers. Each casino has its own system of bonuses and rewards with specific terms and conditions. While some programs may appear similar, the terms can vary significantly. That is why each casino establishes its own rules and policies, which it must adhere to.

At our casino, the maximum withdrawal amount from any no-deposit bonus is limited to ten times the original bonus amount. This limit applies specifically to withdrawals, not the remaining balance after meeting the wagering requirements.

A no-deposit bonus is a gift, regardless of how it is obtained, whether through support chat or purchased with virtual currency in the casino’s store. The terms of such bonuses are determined solely by the casino. If a player receives a no-deposit bonus of $275, it means the casino is willing to allow withdrawals of up to $2,750, provided all wagering conditions are met.

We regret that the player is dissatisfied with receiving a $2,750 gift and considers it unfair. Everyone has different perspectives, but we do not see a reason to debate whether our gift was too small.

I don't know why it's hard to answer a very simple question. Why did you lie about my withdrawals to Casinogrounds?

"Receiving a $2750 gift"

Don't you think saying that is a bit out of touch? Not just because I still haven't received the $275, so it's actually $2500, but also because what I actually received was a $275 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement. I managed to complete the wagering and decided to continue playing on your platform. I ended up winning. Why are you calling my winnings a gift from you, or did you tell the guys at Evolution to let me win...

Another shit casino with win capping after 30x wagering.

In the day and age of 10000x etc max win games, people are going to have a max win deflated by rogue conditions, time and time again.  The industry is eating itself.

This is absolutely ridiculous now.

@LetsGiveItASpin   You are the reason I register casinos listed here. Could you explain how this casino is still considered 'trusted'? Thanks

@Wazbee.Casino Till waiting, could you at least send me my $250? Same method, USDT TRC20:

@LetsGiveItASpin - Casino Streamer

"Under review" right?

What a bunch of cool, trustworthy guys you are. The thread was in plain sight for two months, and when I brought it up on stream, you acted like you had no idea, promised to check it out, and now, a month later, you just keep ignoring me both publicly and in DMs. Congrats, take the fat commission when we lose and look through us when we get scammed.

Gotten Back to @LoveCG
I was under the impression that this was resolved or about to be resolved.

So to understand -
@LoveCG Bought a bonus with '' Points '' COMPLETED the wagering (With a balance BELOW The Max Cash out ) but continued playing and won over the '' Max Cash out '' After wagering was completed?
As the bonus had turned into CASH I dont see why it should be limited if he decides to continue playing after converting the bonus.

Hi @LoveCG

It seems like we won't reach any reasonable conclusion here. Whilst I do understand your concern, the facts are that the money that you were withdrawing was generated as a result of wagering a bonusand as such in this case - any terms of the bonus remain attached to your casino balance until it's withdrawal or loss.

More and more casinos are applying max cashout on their bonuses; and it is also player's responsibility to check the terms of accepting ANY bonus.

What we'll do from our side (currently in progress) is that we will show "Max conversion" on each of the brand we will list - for the first deposit bonus. So in the future if you decide to take any other bonuses, you will see on the review page if there is any max conversion or not.

With that being said, I do not have any "ground to stand on" in further pursuing your case with the casino, due to the reasons above and as such we'll mark this thread unresolved and mark it as closed.
