After losing $2,795 raw deposits very quickly on January 20, I logged in one week later and realized I had a bunch of points. So, I bought the 'cash' bonus for 25,000 points. Since it's under the cash category and says: "Swap your BeeCoins for $275 instantly!" without any further details, I assumed it meant $275 in cash. However, it turned out to be a 30x wager bonus, which is fine. I completed and managed to turn into withdrawable funds. I cashed out $500 + $50. I wanted to withdraw more, but it turned out I had to wait because there is a withdrawal limit of 2 transactions per day. I continued playing, and the next day, I made another $775 + $750 cashout, leaving only $25 in raw money on my account.
I ran the $25 up to $4,369. Today, I made a $2,350 withdrawal but received only $425, and they removed my remaining $3,944 balance. Then, they sent me this BS email:

You can tell it's completely made up just by the fact that they limited my raw money withdrawal to $2,500 instead of $2,750, even though the original bonus was $275.

@Skylined87 @CGDL Please help

I forgot to mention the important fact that when I completed the $8,250 wager and cleared the bonus, my balance, withdrawable funds were $13xx.
And then, 4 withdrawals later and two days later, they sent me that email. Completely ridiculous.

Hello, and thank you for reaching out.

I have forwarded your complaint to our contact with Wazbee. We will do our best to try and help you with this case.

Once we have an update, it'll be added to this thread. Please forward me your username/email used for your Wazbee account on PM, to me and Skylined87.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out. We appreciate your patience while we review this case.

We would like to clarify that bonuses from the store are classified as No Deposit Cash Bonuses, which are subject to a x10 withdrawal limit as per Terms and Conditions.

Based on the details you provided, it appears that the limit may not have been calculated correctly. To investigate this matter further and ensure a fair resolution, please send us a private message with the email address registered to your Wazbee account.

Hey there,

It’s not just that the limit was miscalculated, but that it was applied at the wrong time, you know that.

When I finished wagering, my balance was $13XX. I made four withdrawals, two days passed, and then the limit was applied. Everyone here knows how these limits work once you complete the wager, any balance over the win limit is deducted immediately. But guess what? That didn’t happen because I wasn’t over the limit.

You magically changed my raw money back to bonus money after multiple withdrawals and two days after I had already cleared the bonus. That’s not how this is supposed to work.

email address sent.

Thank you for your patience.

We would like to kindly clarify that winnings from a no-deposit bonus - whether the balance is automatically adjusted to the x10 limit or manually processed - are subject to the stated withdrawal conditions.

As this bonus is a gesture of loyalty and granted without requiring a deposit, the winnings are subject to a maximum withdrawal limit of x10, in accordance with the established terms. In this case, all bets and winnings were generated exclusively using funds from the no-deposit bonus.

Additionally, the client has been sent a detailed email regarding this situation.

We appreciate your understanding.

So, you're telling me that you have a rule that forces your players to cash out every single cent after clearing the bonus. Otherwise, you have the right to take any winnings in the future, even after five years? I assume there is no difference whether the bonus was cleared two days ago or five years ago. You must be a pretty unique casino that wants players to cash out instead of playing on your site. And you should state that in the T&C because nobody in their right mind would think that leaving $25 in their balance is a problem, since if they win, you can just take it.

The "detailed email" in question:image.png

They want to stick to the plan of stealing my winnings, but now instead of $3,944, they want $3,694.

Well, that's a case you can't win. If it's Witten in the rules that it's a 10x max  from the bonus then it's a 10x max. And if there are no written rules about them being forced to remove the overdue balance immediately after the wager then you can't expect that to be the case. I had almost same case in one casino, only difference is that they calculated the 10x wrong but that I see got cleared. Also in my case I deposited using welcome bonus and only was eligible to cash out 2x the bonus. Funny that they require 30x-35x wager but allow to win only 2x. All in all, you were lucky. You managed to scrape the loss back almost entirely thanks to their loyalty program. In most casinos you wouldn't have done that.

It's a big dilemma to respond to that because I know you'll just keep going, simply because you're the type of person who tries to make yourself feel better by bringing others down. I’ll respond, and then you can say whatever you want—I'm not going to waste any more time on you.

It has just turned out that they lied about multiple things. You don't know everything yet, and that's okay because you have no business here. But it's interesting to see some miserable people in this community who stand by a lying casino instead of supporting a scammed member.

I was being nice and i was saying everything based on what you said before. But you start making personal attacks  out of left field. "it has turned out that they lied about multiple things" then why don't you put these in the thread? it's a forum, it's not your private chat with someone, so of course i'm going to comment on it, and ofcourse my comment is going to be about the information you have provided. And im not supporting a "lying casino" as i said, i have been fked over many times. I dont support any casinos that have gaped their cashouts, i find it shady and don't trust them. But as i said i had very similar case to yours, i also made post about it here. If you now have more information about their multiple lies then you should update the situation. And yes, i have "business " here. It's on a forums main page. if you want to speak with skyline only then there is a private chat option. And quite obviously you are the "miserable" one here, by attacking me for no reason whatsoever.

No, no, you said everything based on whatever happened to you and your imagination. Being nice to me means praising their loyalty system and how great it is, when you clearly have no clue about it. It's not good at all. Literally every casino I play at has a better one. I even have one where I get the same rewards without any wagering requirements, and not a 30x.

And telling someone who got scammed, 'you were lucky' is also clearly meant to annoy me. The lucky moment was when I went back to the $25 I left on Wazbe after losing big at other casinos, and I made it all back and more.

Not, these are the reason I broke my promise not to answer you because they have nothing to do with the case. But I understand it may seem strange to others that I haven’t shared the update from yesterday.

It’s really simple: I don’t leak private messages from Skylined, CG without permission. I asked him if I could share it here, and he said wait, so I’m waiting.

I’d be more than happy to share everything from private messages with Wazbee without permission, like I did with all the emails, but there’s not much to see here:

Pointless to argue with you, you have already made up your mind that i hate you just because you think i support  a random casino that i have never even heard of before. 😊

The updates from two weeks ago:

I think it speaks for itself, but I have to say that this waiting is unbelievably stressful for me, and Casinogrounds hasn't made it any easier. Two weeks have passed again without anyone saying a word, and it’s been two weeks only because I broke the silence. I know there's not much to say on a daily basis, I don't expect that but once a week, I would really appreciate a few words. Even if there’s nothing to say, just something like we're still on it.

I made a mistake uploading a different screenshot of the withdrawal. I think I did that when it happened.
The one that’s visible now on my account and that I sent to Skylined is this:
