[Unresolved] Gamblezen Withdrawal Issue [Non-CG brand]

Hello . Long time fan there. Maybe in Last 2 years i join casinogrounds mamy times and used most of your bonus offers . Never managed to win anything . Whatever . So never try to withdraw funds maybe 100 deposits throught many sites you offer . Im súre u Can check that . Now i Once managed to win . Not too múch ... Its on site gamblezen you promote. In this 2 years i depozit here many times . Its maybe little bit more i want to cashout than i depozit there (gamblezen)and lost every time within minutes in Last 2 years . Now they pending my withdraw and Sending me samé mail again and again i am already verified . I think o got scammed and never see my money ever . Its my first time i win something and its nôt possible to withdraw ? Are u kidding me? I spend múch múch more than i want to withdraw please help me i need that money

Dont cancel the withdraw and @Skylined87 or @CGDL will help you soon.

 
I am verified in over 40 casinos and have rarely had any problems. Gamblezen makes it very complicated. They do not reply to emails. The “automatic” verification worked. Then I get the mail I should upload a screenshot of the online banking profile where you can see IBAN, BIC and address, although everything is already in the bank statement. (in my online bank account there i can see only IBAN und Adress, but on two different sites - i sent it to GambleZen!) That's why I don't understand such “tactics”. Now after a few days I am still not verified and the money is not paid out. Bad start at another “new” casino. Maybe you can kindly help @Skylined87 🙌

Unfortunately, we cannot help you in this case, as GambleZen has never been on CasinoGrounds. 

Iztok and I were in talks with them in July/August 2024.  We pointed out our stance on their terms and conditions for bonuses, and how they promoted their welcome package at the time. The conversation went dead, so we ended up not listing them on CasinoGrounds. 

Edit: Important - although we're not working with them, I still reached out to my contact and forwarded them this thread - giving them an opportunity to resolve the case. Will keep you posted, regardless of the outcome. Good luck!

I really thought I saw it here that GambleZen was listed. Maybe it was on that other site. But yes. Today at least the verification was  accepted. Still waiting for confirmation of the payout though. I definitely can't recommend this casino. You get tired when it takes days to verify yourself and then you have to wait for the payout to be released. It was an “experience” to try a new casino. I understand why a lot of people don't want to try new casinos! Just way too much stress when all you really want to do is have fun and gamble :). Thanks again for your reply and stay healthy!

 
@Skylined87 @geissbock exactly the samé case geiss they Sending me samé email AS to you . I sent them everything now i waited 4 days to amswer and they sent me samé email again 😅. @Skylined87  IT was  listed i was checking that so i dont know if you removed but IT was listed 100%

 
The casino was never listed here, maybe you mistakened for "CasinoGroups" which has a logo on GambleZen casino. They also have review of the casino, but we never had it here.

 
Adding two cents to Skylined's latest reply: our chain of custody shows it never reached our systems, except for one request to assess if the brand was a good fit for the community. We deemed it unfit, specifically because of the max bonus conversion term.

Sadly, our contact with said operator is unresponsive, so it looks like my attempt at speeding up your withdrawal won't bear any fruit. There's unfortunately not anything else I can do to assist. 

note: marking this thread as "Unresolved", although it is not - in the hopes that GambleZen sees it and changes their position and handles the complaints of their players.

i think that it was like that! I saw the gamblezen logo here. Anyways i got the withdrawal finally. Perhaps not the most stress-free casino to play in. Reputation is always important. Thanks in any case for your quick answers. You can tell: Casinogrounds is here! Great Work Guys!✌️

They send me 40 € of my 450 withdraw total scam. IT was listed here but whatever i never Ever believe you and your casinos .

Can you explain to me why GambleZen is rejected even though the maximum withdrawal amount for a bonus is five times the value of the deposit, just like at 24Casino? 

At GambleZen you can withdraw €50 with the welcome bonus, at 24Casino it is only €20. 

I would like to know why there is a double standard, even though the bonus conditions are almost identical.

Sure. Our focus is to look at the brand as a whole. I can understand why it looks like double standards when looking at bonus conversion alone. However, that wasn't the only thing we considered. Both brands went through the same check. Overall, 24Casino was the better brand. 

As for max bonus conversion specifically, GambleZen has 5x while 24Casino has 10x, or €5k (whicever comes first) for their welcome deposit offers (any other deposit bonuses has 5x).

Unfortunately, that's not true. Only the first welcome bonus has a possible 10x payout. For the second and fourth welcome bonuses there is only a 5x payout. For the high roller bonus, there is even only a 4x payout.

In contrast to other casinos offered by CG, the bonuses at 24 Casino are unfortunately not particularly player-friendly.
