I’m new here and really need some advice.

I’ve been playing on this online casino platform for almost a year. Overall, I’ve had a good experience, with some nice payouts along the way, and I’ve never had any issues with withdrawals, until recently, when I hit big on Red Door Roulette.

That’s when the trouble began. When I tried to withdraw my winnings, things went downhill. I contacted support, went through the full KYC process, and provided all the requested documents.
