SMS spam from affiliates

I still get those Spam SMS. Sometimes 5 to 10 a day.
Ouch! that is insane!

Let me tell you guys who get these SMS spam:

You MUST complain EVERY single time you recieve these!

Imagine how much time and energy every casino support team have to spend each time they get a complain, it will be like "spam" to them. When they see they use more time on complains than real customer support, they have to make a decision.

one ting is for sure: it will not stop unless you act. 100%

I've complained every time, and the number of SMS spam has gone down a lot, and they dont come that often.

Let's fight this! ☝️

I will do that. Sometimes the problem is that, I dont know who the sender is. But, yes lets fight those bastards together.

New one today. It doesnt come as frequent as before, but still this person has not died and vanished from earth (yet), but i'm working on it.

Today its spam for Mr. Green casino. I've been in contact with them before, and i've sendt a new request regarding this one. Let's see how they handle it.

Are there any good web developers out there that could mabye help me create an auto-generator for complains to casinos against this stuff? so we can harrass them back? In case, let me know!

Unfortunately the only way to stop them, is to stop them for earing cash from affiliate deals. By complaining to the casino directly is the only way to handle this.

I contact the casino, provide link and SMS screenshot.

Ask them to provide me with documentation of when and where i allowed anyone to recieve this kind of spam, and also demand to get erased from all registers regarding this. Its a clear statement in the GDPR that they also must confirm that this has been done.

As the last thing i provide them with all the other SMS spam screenshots and casinos i've collected so far, to show them that this is an harrassment issue, and unless their 3rd party affiliate can proove the documents asked for, they have most likely broken the affiliate terms and the GDPR, and ask the contract between the affiliate and casino gets terminated.

It's a bit work, but it's working. After i started this the number of SMS spams has gone down. I will never stop bother the casinos about this.

Also, every casino that work with affiliates like this, gets listed on my banned casino list. I will never signup at any of those casino that doesnt take this matter seriously.

Good luck - i really hope you report this!

I would be great to show that Casino Banned list, and yes I also stay away from those casinos.

After a short break without much SMS spam, it seems to be back today. This time it's "Casoola" casino. I will contact them ASAP and ask them to provide me with documentation from their 3rd party affiliate where i signed up for this.

Lets se if casoola casino is a decent casino to handle this, or if they just give a s***

I'll update as soon as i hear back from them.

Thanks Leovegas and Wildz (and possibly others) for taking action here :) . The spam-site closed down not far after i reported them to these sites.

I feel your pain. I get spammed by affiliates of certain sites...I contact the site and am told the spam will not continue for the next day a completely different affiliate number starts spamming. To be fair the above is in relation to rogue non regulated sites.

Sites which are licensed I tend not to be spammed by. I get the occasional from sites which are outside the UK but its once in a while.

The harassment goes on. They are back. This time it is from a casino named "Supacasi". Affiliate program trough campeon gaming.
I reported this to info@campeongaming.com with screenshot and affilaite tag links from the SMS. I requested them to take action against this illegal activity and report back. I have not hear anything from them. Another piece of junk affiliate organization ignoring the illegal activity and doesnt seem to care about GDPR compliant.

Campeongamings brands are:
Supacasi, Play fast casino, lapilanders, sons of slots, wallacebet, svenplay, svenbet, evobet and campeonbet.

I suggest everyone to stay away form these sites. You never know where your contact information will be used later.
