Slotlords saying they have "techincal issues"

I have won quite a large amount on Slotlords (193k NOK total) and I have withdrawn 50k of these without any problems. They have a weekly limit of 25k NOK.

When I was going to do my next withdrawal, the option for bank transfer had disappeared from my withdrawal options. I contacted support who gave a bunch of suggestions for how to solve it, like deleting cache, trying a different browser and so on (didn't work). I then got an email saying they are currently having some technical issues and that I have to patiently wait for this to be fixed.

Is this actually true, and I just have to wait? Can't they help me with the withdrawals manually if I can't do it myself on the site? Is there any legal requirements here?
