I deposited €400 with skrill on the 27th Nov. The money left skrill but never made it to simple casino.
Skrill confirmed it should of credited. Simple casino have been very unhelpful. They at first said it would credit in 48 hours, then they said they did an auto refund due to a a payment gateway glitch and it would be returned in 3 days. It hasnt and skrill said it would be automatic.
Simple Casino have refused to send me their complaints process, any transaction IDs or references etc. They just keep saying wait.
Can anyone help?
