Scibet Voided €22,000.41

Hey,

As the title states, I got voided €22,000.41 euros from Scibet (L.C.S Limited), Sister site of Svenplay. With the same terms and conditions as Scibet 

So here is the story:

I deposited with a deposit bonus of 120%, and my deposit was €150, with €187,5 as bonus. I played €3-€5 stake, per their terms. When the wagering of the bonus was complete, I had €2244,40, and they deducted €744,10 per their terms. (I will be having the relevant terms posted at the end of the message). I have the full logs of my spins, if needed.

Happy days right ? €1500 as real cash, and as a gambler, I took that cash and went on some degen buys.. However I did manage to win on these bonus buys, and was up at some point above €40.000, but ended at 23.500 ish. My documents got verified and I started a withdrawal of €1000. Since that is the max payout per day they offer.

This is where the problem then started, they canceled my withdrawal and reentered it into my account, and they voided €22,000.41, and sited their terms from the bonus deposit. Which stated that I could not win more than 10x the deposit with a bonus, however I felt like that had already happed after the wagering was done, and they removed the €744,10. And after that there would be no more strings to the balance, since in their own terms this turned into cash. They are saying the ruling is final, and they wont do anything. 

I feel like its fishy situation, where they are double dipping on their own rule. Or am I just stupid and this a regular stander from casinos ? Even their live chat told me it turned into real cash, and I could gamble with that, if needed I have the transcripts of this chat, and if you need to see that I can post it. But they still wont do anything.

Adding their terms: 

"58.3.3 All Freespins, Freebets, Bonus Chips, are valid for a period of 7 days from the time when they are credited to the players’ account. After the period of 7 days the aforementioned promotional materials expire and are not claimable or refundable. Max winnings from Cashback / Loyalty Bonus are limited to five (5x) times the initial amount of Cashback Bonus given. Any winnings above that will be forfeited. Max winnings from season/special promotions (including, but not limited to, Christmas Bonuses, Easter Bonuses, Halloween Bonuses) for 200% and above Bonus threshold, are limited to four (4x) times the initial deposit amount. Max winnings for bonuses between 150% - 199% Bonus threshold, are limited to eight (8x) times the initial deposit amount. Max winnings for bonuses between 120% - 149% threshold, are limited to ten (10x) times the initial deposit amount. Max winnings for bonuses between 100% - 119% threshold, are limited to fifteen (15x) times the initial deposit amount. Max winnings for bonuses between 25% - 99% threshold, are limited to twenty (20x) times the initial deposit amount. Any winnings above that limits will be forfeited."

"58.3.4 All Bonuses and promotional materials of this website come with a wagering requirement which has to be met before the bonus money is turned into cash:

Hey @Amalevis I've had a site do this to me also in the past, it's probably the same group as your site. After wagering was complete the balance went down to the amount I was allowed to convert if over and then I wasn't allowed to play. I had to withdraw it. I even argued how this made no sense for the casino as the balance could easily be lost more than won but they didn't see sense. I withdrew my balance and closed my account. I hope you get further than I did and I would make a complaint to the site and if they don't resolve your complaint , pass the complaint onto the regulator. Fingers crossed for you 🤞

 
I'm no expert in these situations however when you say:

And you have the chat transscript to prove it, that's your key part to put a complaint to the casino's regulator, if they have told you it's cash, then there's no wagering on it in my opinion.

 
L.C.S Limited (MGA) / CW Marketing B.V. (Curacao) / Campeon Interactive EE Limited  are well know to screw you if you win big or even something. They have some insane shit in there T&C , everything to take your winnings.

You can do a Players Arbitration (PAB), but i would not hold my breath.

Hope you get your 1500€ out.  Getting the rest of your money out can be........

casinomeister PAB or askgamblers dispute service would be the best bet and have either of those parties go into bat for you.

And i bet if you lose the final balance, i bet they would accept it as is and would not return the balance that "should" have been cashed out. Im furious, cases like these are very common, and these casinos won't change anything to make it clear to the players  that they have to cashout the final balance, just to bait them. imo the player deserves his money and stupid rules like this should not be allowed. It feels  like a robbery made legal.

I did get 1000€ out, since that was their max cashout per cashout. And since it took them 3 days to approve it, and another 4 business days (full week) before the money was in my bank, I just pissed the other 500€ away, and when I got the money, I put a limit. Been away for some days now, I had a complaint running, but they did not answer in time, so it went unresolved. However have heard that maybe MADRE might be a option for this. And after that maybe MGA.

I just wanted to enlighten this problem, as how their rules are written its impossible for a player to understand that this is how it works. Was also hoping someone knew someone at one of these casinos, and would knock some sense into them, since we all know casinos already have odds in their favor, no need to steal winnings if you ask me.

But yeah, per now. They are just stating its final from their side, so I cannot even get anymore answers from the site.
