[RESOLVED] Two Weeks and No Progress on My Nomini Withdrawal

I created my Nomini account through CasinoGrounds in April 2023 and made a few deposits, but this is my first ever withdrawal. After a week, they told me it was in the "Final Stage," but nothing has happened since then. A week later, I could still cancel the withdrawal, so there’s been no progress at all. It’s just a small crypto withdrawal of ≈130€ after a raw crypto depo, and while I’ve been patient, now that two weeks have passed with no updates, I’m starting to think they don’t actually plan on paying me.

Hello. This is being looked into already, and I have sent a reminder to the operator who will ping their relevant department once more. Sadly, that's all I have for you at this time, LoveCG. It's frustrating when withdrawals take that long.

From the looks of it, you're max unlucky. It's likely a combination of holidays and key people on sick leave. It could also be because of temp. issues with their payment service provider. Support is handling it the best they can, though the final say lies with anti-fraud and their finance team, leading to the withdrawal not being cleared, and support not having any further updates before they receive one ... That's my take on it, coming from a support background myself - though it could be a myriad of things unbeknownst to me. It's a sucky situation, regardless. 

Will keep an eye out for you and let you know if we receive more info! 

 
Hi Again. My latest update is that the case was again forwarded to the relevant team. This is not the answer you—nor I—were looking for, though I'll keep hammering the door until it opens.
