[RESOLVED] Sultan Scam (previous closed by Skylined)

Hey Guys . Just a quick follow up with the last topic that Skylined closed and marked as resolved . 
 

Recap to people who don’t know . 
 

A sponsored casino on casino grounds . Sultan bet . I was registered from an affiliate code from casino grounds and I was playing at this casino for a bit . Then I stopped . My account was active but I was not playing . I was approached by the vip team from Sultan with a phone call saying that I haven’t used all of my deposit bonus for casino . As I don’t play casino much I said I already used the sports bonus and I am not interested in the casino one. 
 

To which I got this message on what’s app.  
I spoke with the relevant department, and I see that you usually claim your 100% Deposit Bonuses. However, as an exception, you can claim a *100% Deposit Bonus* for your next deposit of 500 EUR or more. 

(Important - the bonus I already used for sports had no winning caps or anything ) 

After I few days I decided to give a try messaged the vip manager , he told me that this must be only manually added by the VIP manager after the deposit . 

No information was given or said about any different tc or any changes , meaning that the bonus will be the same as I had before , as they messaged saying that they will make an exception . They never provided any information about the bonus . So I only had available the tc from the bonus they already have given to me .

quick story short I won 6000€ and they voided the winning saying that it had a cap of 10x my deposit . 
 

I complained to skylines about it . To which he accepted their side with this False False and not true information . They said that my bonus was actived via a POP UP on the website with a link to TC . And that I asked about the cap and they said it had a 10x cap ! 
 

COMPLETE FALSE AND INVENTED INFORMATION WITH PROOF ! 
 

They actived the bonus manually so no pop up or information to any tc was provided see the images down ! 
There was no pop up or any links to any terms and conditions as Sky mentioned !  
 

also Skylined provided a chat screenshot to where they sayed to me it has a cap . The problem that this chat is after the confiscated the funds few days after I asked them about it ! 
 

Again proof down.  
 

So in simple words.  They said to me here is an exception to you with a bonus again for sports ! Never told me it’s a different one , never gave me the tc and after I confronted them about it.  They said (see down) I should have asked about them. 
Well until today they refuse to give me a link to this TC !! Again see down.

The sadest part was the skylined took their side with a COMPLETE LIE RESOLUTION and block the post to enter any Response !!

be wise people . I love Kim and hampu I hope action of some won’t distroy our community.

You wont get any more Money because Casinos can always stick to their TOS, even if they are not attached into the mail. Lots of Casinos use bots in their live chat and when you havent been logged in with your Account, they Stick your question to the Welcome Bonus. When you receive a VIP Bonus ask the Person which send it you about the tos, when there is no attached. I had the Same Situation with 24casino and Casinos try to pay out as less as possible. You will sadly see no more money because its in their common tos. Learn from it and better play raw or use sites with no max Cashout on Bonuses.

I understand that you are angry but they can stick to their terms even if they arent clarified for switzerland. If @Skylined87 had the possibility here that you would get back your money he would do it. 

 
@Fyfaaaaan I am sorry casino grounds should never sponsor a casino that’s gives bonuses with no access to TC !! Only if you ask them and only by what’s app ! This is absurd! 
 

My goal here is that @LetsGiveItASpin look into them and this situation, see that they fabricated a lied to them about a community member and delete them from sponsor ! It’s not about the money. I know that I probably won’t get it back ! My point here is to create awareness!! 
 

I am a member of this community for 4+ years.  I love every second of the streams.  I don’t want people getting scammed with this shady casinos. 
 

I always only recommend betting on casino grounds casinos . But sometimes they try to scam casino ground and make the community suffer ! 

 
Hey @Oleksandr Shevchuk. All terms and conditions are either avail. in general ToCs on site/offers/FAQs etc. Wagering process/status for active offers are also (confirmed in this case as logged in player) visible. 

Skylined's extremely good at advocating cases with our partners and contacts on behalf of our community members (even those that aren't on CG but looking for help). I support both his, and the casino's decision in this case.

However, a screenshot provided by you in this thread that I hadn't seen before, caught my interest. That prompts me to pursue clarification on a couple of details. It'll take some time, as we only have parts of the conversation, which happened across multiple channels. and as much as 8+ people involved. 

I'll get back to you via PM if necessary, and update this thread if anything changes.

 
@CGDL where are the T&C for this specific bonus been seen or logged by me ? That’s an untrue information again as until now they still can’t provide me with a link or access to them . Again clarified on the screenshots ! 

As per WhatsApp logs you can see the the T&C were supposedly only available on the pop up ! Which I never had access to ! 
again as per WhatsApp this bonus had a manual activation ! 
all other tc don’t have any cap on any bonus !

Again I will reply to this.  In Switzerland the terms and conditions of the website does not mention any cap and the point that they are sending every time as screenshot.  Does not exist in the website when enter from Switzerland. 
As mentioned by the support on the screenshots , the terms and conditions for this specific bonus were ONLY AVAILABLE TROUGH A SPECIAL LINK IN POP UP ( also mentioned by skylined !! ) 

and I never had seen or clicked any pop up as it is A LIE !!!! 
 

they said to Skylined that I activated the bonus trough a pop up and accepted the terms and conditions of it ! 
which is a lie and you can see that the bonus was activated on the WhatsApp conversation with 0 mentions of the terms and conditions!! 
 

@CGDL Question to you ! Why they still can’t give me a page or link or any that have the tc on them . Although I asked for them more than 50 times ? Because they’re either not available for Switzerland , so I couldn’t ever access them or they don’t exist ! Just tell me why then keep no providing them with a link ?

And the most important that confirms that I never got access to the TC is here !!! Confirming in the support!!!!! Saying that I should have asked for the tc 

To a question - did you at any point provided the tc or access to them before I played the bonus ?

After extra push from our side, we've come to agreement and consider this matter ultimately resolved 👍

This was the casino's response:
