[RESOLVED] Spinrise - Forfeited bonus balance despite confirmation of win limit from support

Yet another complaint regarding Spinrise.com a casino that CasinoGrounds advertises. Can someone do a review of these casinos that are listed on this site please? It's starting to become a problem

I clicked the referral link and was provided with 5 free spins, no deposit. So I played them before I deposit and won $13.

I continued to play and got up to $100. I then checked the terms and verified with customer service the wager is x 10 and the withdrawal is capped to 100 EUR.

So I wagered it, then suddenly my balance is erased. I contacted chat who took 30 minutes and played the delay tactics, only to be told it's referred to another department. I asked more questions, the chat operator then closed the chat without my question being answered.

What is going on? How can we trust providers today. I have been a member of casino grounds for years and finding it really frustrating and difficult to find a trusted casino

Can someone please sort this out, now I am even afraid to deposit.

How does this response make sense?

I had $80 and finished wagering . The terms also do not state this and I also had it confirmed in writing by someone at the casino.

We're looking into this. Note: Public holiday in Malta today. Response not to be expected before Monday/Tuesday, next week. 

Kudos on you for checking terms and conditions with Support, and providing us with screenshots. You said there's a x10 wager, and max win of 100 eur, however,  I see support are confirming that the max win amount is 50 eur. Also, this is not a bonus that we are promoting; we're only advertising their first deposit bonus of 111% up to €777. 

We will speak with the partner to see if you can get the €50, back in your account (minus amount already credited).

The thing is after wagering they only gave me $4.95 / 2.5 euro.

I never got the 50 or 100 euro they stated. 

 
I also would like to be transparent and show that my verification was submitted 4 dats ago and has not been approved or looked at. 

Still waiting on a response.

Hi! 

Just to let you know the partner is confirming that they are looking into the matter. The delay here is on me. I did not check partners response asking for your email/name before today; I went back to our former PM's between eachother and fetched them, then handed them over to our contact. 

We will be waiting for their response, and as soon as I have it you'll know.
