So as I stated in other post what I will do if nothing is done, here we go.

Since u are promoting this and I used your link to sign up on this casino owned by biggest s**m on earth and u did nothing for 7 days and @Skylined87 also ignored my message even when he was active on forum. 

U want me to belive that u are not able to get answer from casino that u promote in 7 days? 

"Ooo we only promote legit casinos,we care about comunity"

Now comunity will hear about this, atleast with those scam streamers u know what to expect u just pretend.

I am awaiting on casino's response still, I've just sent them reminder yesterday even though I'm on vacation. There is no update from them yet (the team responsible) though and also note it's last two weeks of this year meaning a lot of people are off also. I'm doing all I can to get this sorted. If unsuccessful we'll rethink our partnership with them.

 
We've received response from the casino, some amount of money will be refunded; as for the closure of the account, there was no Responsible Gaming reason behind it and as per their Terms & Conditions they have done nothing wrong following their internal procedures. While the result might not be what you wanted, I've done my best to get this resolved in some shape or form, as we don't control the casino and/or their decisions.

 
U did not resolve anything. I got confirmation that my account is closed and after that I was able to log in and play now they "closed" my account for 2nd time.

So u want to tell me that they can open my account again by sending bonus to it and if I log in in that period and accept bonus my account is active again????

U will continue bussines with them?

So their T&C allow them to do that? Thats not shady practice? If u think u will get rid of me like this u are mistaken.

This is marked as resolved as it became apparent when we reviewed the case with the operator, that it was not a responsible gambling issue. It would have been a different story and outcome if it was.

You opted for account closure, which is different from self-exclusion. Account closure means that players can re-open/log back in (depending on the operator/license/steps involved) at any time as long as there are no signs of responsible gambling issues tied to the account in question. 

Self-exclusion is different from a general account closure as it's a responsible gambling tool that stops players from regaining access to their accounts, either temporarily, or indefinitely.

But I did NOT request that they re-open my account!

So they sent me email that account is closed and if log in again it is re-open???? How the fck is that different from me logging out from account and logging in again?????

U know what is also funny that those 20€ that was left on the account they still did not pay out and it s been more than a week now.

This was moved from the new thread you started to this one, and it is considered resolved as adequate answers have been given. We have not removed any of your posts.

We're not attempting - in any way - to make you look like a fool. The logic here is that you've chosen to log back in and as such your account is effectively re-opened. If you wish to stop this from happening again, you need to opt for self-exclusion and set a time limit, or choose permanent exclusion. 

As for the delay in payment, I wasn't aware of this. Spinanga normally pays out very fast. I have pinged them and asked them to speed up the withdrawal if this is the case.

How you been brother? If you try to quit gambling and have trouble staying away from it yourself, you could try seek someone you trust and let them do your financials, I did this when I found myself in  that situation. If you dont have access to money to gamble you simply can not gamble. Good luck ❤️
