Hi team.

So I uploaded my ID and address and proof of payment 4 weeks ago. Still pending.

I did my initial payment via Skrill. Provided proof of my Skrill account, and subsequent deposits have been made via paysafe vouchers, which is a voucher you buy at a supermarket and you get a voucher with a code to enter and the funds are uploaded.

I have provided my ID, address and Skrill account which is part of paysafe and they still say it is not good enough.

Can someone please help.

Paysafe voucher is an option without involving banks. I pay for the voucher with my card at the supermarket and it gives me a voucher. I have sent proof of my skill account showing the initial $94.00...

These transactions are from the supermarket with my paysafe vouchers? What more can I give.

A pay safe voucher does not show your name

I mean, usually casinos have anti-money laundring rule thingy that you can only cashout to the account where you deposited from. In the casino i play it also exists but i get around it when i do a small deposit from the account i want to withraw the money to the casino. And then initiate withrawal including the previous balance  i'm intenting to withraw. Maybe helps you too idk

If a Casino takes 4 weeks to verify Document, That is a massive RED flag.

After reading some reviews about the casino, seem there is a red thread going with hard to verify and even harder to close account.

Hope CG  can help you, if not  you can write a complaint/PAB/review. The good thing is that SpinRise seem to be good at responding to complaints. Stick to  you guns and don't play the money away.

yeah 4 weeks is way too long just to check basic docs. good that you’ve already given them your skrill proof and id, that’s usually all they ask for.

keep following up with support and maybe send a gentle reminder every couple of days so they don’t forget about your ticket. if there’s a forum rep or a complaint section like pab, that’s worth using too.

Hello. I'm on it.

I see staff has reached out to them on Tuesday, earlier this week. Slow response from Spin Rise is due to them attending conferences, which ended this Friday. I've been there too, and this is the reason for slow response on my end. Other staff is on vacation.

Spin Rise has been given a deadline to 1500 CET, Tuesday, next week- to resolve the case, or face removal.

Will keep you posted.

Update. The partner confirms having approved the documents you sent them, on September 8th. The ones in relation to this case, were approved. The ones that are unrelated (and not needed) are still "pending", they inform me.

Marking this topic as resolved.

Should that not be the case, please let me know and I will re-open.
