[RESOLVED] Scammed out of 2200$ at "sponsored/know" Platform

Hey Guys.  Quick Story tell on how I got scammed on Betinasia / Reelcrypto.  

So . I am a very very active player in this platform as it was recommended to be of trust by kim and hampu.  100k+ wager .

They have this bonus 50% per week on deposit. 35x wager , cap 20x withdrawal

I always use this bonus to play.  Never had any problem before . We are talking months. Using it . 

Today.  I deposited 220€ which gave me a 110€ bonus .

I start playing with the bonus and got up to 1700€ on lightning-roulette.  I asked the chat to check how much was the wager and they say I only wager 100€ . And I wanted to know what's going on. 

I asked the support and they told me that there is a 5€ cap per bet for this bonus . So everything above does not count towards the wager.  

I asked them , if I bet now 2-3€ per spins will I be able to withdraw.  To which they affirmed that everything was OK.  

Well I wagered another 4k on 2-4€ spins.  When my bonus transformed into the real money.  I had 2300€  .  I logged in after 30m and my account was at 0 . 0 deposit . 0 bonus..

I asked the support and they told me I broke their tc . I send them the screenshot of the emails they send me, saying every was OK,  just to keep at lower 5€ per spin for the wager. They sayed , they have the right to confiscate all of the funds without further explanation.  

So quick recap . Player with 100k+wager.  Net of negative 20k .

Plays the bonus every week. And then they just confiscate everything,  all of the money , all of the bonus ! 

I hope hampu and Kim can have a look and help me out . That's not small money. Specially as I come from affiliate of them !

It's crazy i have been using their bonuses for months and the first time I conclude the wager.  They confiscated the funds . Even after I asked them many times during the wager. If there was a problem , and they always said , I only have to wager it the rest with 5$ or less spins . And everything is going to be fine.  As you can see on the screenshot. Even when was 1000$ left to wager the guy on the chat said everything was fine and there is only this wager left to make !

Me too . How they will manage a direct scam . I am guessing they will use the "we reserve the right to confiscate and cancel any bonus or money without explanation" like they said to me ! 

Crazy this can happen for a everyday player for over a year on their platform ! Of course with a crazy negative w/d .

Any casino without max bet protection during wagering is not a good casino. Apparently every bonus you took there wasn’t gonna pay, breaking the same rules for months. I don’t see any ‘it’s all fine’ messages in the screenshots, just automated macro’s. If the winnings came of a bet over 5$ this will be a tough ride. Hope they will be forgiving this time, but prepare for an expensive lesson.

As i stated.  I was betting over 5€ in the beginning of the bonus . To which they say to me was not wrong , just doesn't count towards the wager as stated on the screenshot.  Since this e-mail.  I only bet 2€ bets on starburst and wagered 4000€ as all of the previous bets were not counted towards the wager ! 

When I was closed to finish . I asked on the chat if everything was OK with my bonus and if there is much left to wager and he said yes and will send me a email with a wager remaining! See screenshot.  

Be aware I was only betting 2-4€ per spin . 

Another note to take. I asked them if its prohibited , to which response was that it won't count towards the wager again !

Yeah, have to agree they are very vague in their communication. This is mainly due to standard ticket templates.
Unfortunately customer support is usually not decisive in such cases. The T&C are:

  1. There is a maximum bet amount per round using Bonus Funds equal to €5.

Since the winnings were probably obtained of a bet over 5€, they will probably stick to the T&C.
Hope CG can mediate for a long-term player, but don't expect anything.

What is you hit a 10.000x there.. They will cap it by the bonus amount (2200$). Horrible! 🤮
Stay away from that casino and their shady bonus terms. They are obviously aiming for income out of these events.

 
This is sponsored casino ! I was recommended to be of trust it by letsgiveitaspin many and many times! 

I hope hampu and Kim will sort this out ! They are my only hope!

Here is another proof . To which they again say.  That i was informed only bets under 5 count towards the wager . To which i completed by betting around 4000 on starburst! Never stated when i asked if it was prohibited and then voided the inicial bets over 5 !

Hello mate, check your e-mail. There should be some good news there :)  And please, try to not break the T&Cs in the future, even if we can help you get the money back sometimes it's just easier if you follow the rules :D

Hey !!! Guys.  I cant believe you managed to help with this.  

This is the Example to everybody of how strong and good of a community this is . ONLY BET ON SPONSORSHIP CASINO . If they promote them , it means they trust them and will help you if they can !
