[RESOLVED] PragmaticPlay CUP Promotion

So I am not entirely sure if this was a Global promotion (17-23 June). Anyway, I still didn't receive my prize.

To win the promotion you need to collect specific words; CUP, FINAL, SEMI-FINAL, Quarter-Final.

I was lucky enough to catch the CUP, but the casino keeps telling I didn't win.
Unfortunaly it's impossible to contact Pragmatic by chat. They just point to the casino.

In 'My Prizes' it clearly shows the CUP (BEKER) in spot nr 15.

The casino told me these are the global prizes, but it clearly says 'MY PRIZES', which is also clear in this screenshot:
Personal prizes show a number and global prizes don't.

Hopefully someone can look into this.

Thank you for raising this issue and for your patience so far.

We’ve been working with Circus to get to the bottom of this and have found that the €1,000 Drops & Wins prize mentioned in your post was paid out immediately on 23rd June 2024. However, a prize of €500 for winning in our Euro Kick-off promotion was not awarded due to an internal error on our part.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience and disappointment this caused.

The circumstances resulting in the error have been rectified, and your prize is now in the process of being awarded to you by Circus.
