[RESOLVED] Playfina delaying withdrawal/not paying out

I've been playing here for the last couple of years but not so much lately last deposit was in december and had a very good experience with this casino especially regards withdrawals in 24h or less as they advertise. But this time i can't say the same anymore since I have a withdrawal pending for 10 days now with many more to come since I have another 23k in the balance. I have contacted them 4 times during this period twice via live chat and twice via email with my VIP manager and last encounter they been giving different reasons on why my withdrawal is still pending. ( i will attach screenshots for the last 2 encounters).I understand that additional checks might take place when playing with a bonus( this was the case here) for betting limits, but this delay is something that shouldn't happen. The fact that i had no problems in the past with them was the reason why I haven't posted this earlier since i thought that eventually everything will come clean and will be no issues.

Assistance with this is much appreciated @Skylined87

Good job that you put a loss limit on the account so the stalling tactics from the casino don't work.

Thanks, I believe there's some truth on that statement simply because around 65% if the winnings came to the very end and that's when I called it a day. The stalling could have worked for a good chunk of the balance that I had before the last 30 min of my play.

This can be a reminder for those who chase even bigger wins that in no time everything can come crushing down, when you happy put those limits in and let the time do the work.

From what I'm concerned there's no reason not to get paid.

Agree, that using limit/wagering tools gives a good hint to the casino that stalling tactics will not work on this situation. If a casino don't have loss/wager limit tools / lock withdraw and they are using stalling methods its a hint that maybe you should not play at that casino. 

Personally i have never had any issue with withdraw from Dama N.V casinos,  but never had any bigger withdraw either so... 

 
For some reason Playfina have replied to this topic 3 times as  statement to clarify the situation but the replies don't show up for me anymore probably they retracted them. However i can confirm that my 1st withdrawal of 2k has been approved and it's already in my bank account. Moreover i've been confirmed in live chat that the whole balance of 25k has been fully checked in regards of any potential issues and can be withdrawn in the future according to their T&C.

Odd - I approved the post again. Could've been bugged temporarily - they haven't withdrawn their post.
