[RESOLVED] iWild Casino withdrawal issue

Dear Admin Team and Users,

I would like to share my experience with iWild casino so far. Registered not long ago, lost over 300-400€, then last week I was lucky and made 1025€ from 130€ deposit.(withdraw 2x400 and 225 because maximum is 400/transaction and 1200/day).

After this they asked me KYC and every document passed their verification, so my account got verified.

Right after the confirmation I asked the support team how much time is for the withdrawal in this case. (to Skrill)

Their reply, I quote: “All withdrawal requests are processed by the financial department within 24 hours after the successful identity and account verification, every days 9.00-18.00 (GMT+3)”

So after all this I was like okay, definitely they will not process it in the weekend, so I played a bit more and made it to a 3x400€ withdrawal (I made the cash out on Sunday morning)

Since then nothing happened, over 24 hours passed, the site is not reachable and the answers are all the same as I shared before.

I can’t believe that to Skrill any withdrawal would be this long.

In case someone can help me I can provide the screenshots and every detailed information in PM.

Maintenance problem and new layout design for the website made them to delete all my withdrawals and credited back the amount to my account.

Now there is no skrill option for withdrawal, opted for card one, and support said again 24 hours for processing it.

I will write an update again tomorrow, but I don’t suggest this website to anyone!

 
Typical casino tactics. I am sick of all of them. If they a registered in a random, small country and don't speak English then it's dodgy. I am over casinos not paying out or delaying it so you can reverse your withdrawals. 

Stick with UK regulated sites like bet365 or betvictor who verify instantly and pay almost instantly into your debit card.

The thing is that they think probably that: “Oh this guy will waste it anyways and cancel it” but I am standing firm on my feet. 
They already broke a lot of their promises for 24 hour withdrawal process and so on. This was their reply yesterday in the middle of the maintenance:

One more time they asked for KYC after a succesfull check on 25th of July.

They cancelled again my withdrawal and waiting for approval again….Shame!

I would like to get help from an Admin or responsible with contacting this casino because this is getting to become a joke.
