[RESOLVED] Is jettbet casino scamming me?

Ok here is what happend, and I feel like i got scammed big time, I would love to hear your opinions  that.

So I did my second deposit on Jettbat casino, registered of course through the CG link. It was a 500+500. I beat the wager, didnt violate the bonus rules. At the end of the wager, they void all winnings obove 10x, i think i finished with 5500€, a little popup comes out and says all winnings above 10x your deposit amount ar voided.

Im fine with that. After that, i kept playing, doing the usual stuff, some tablegames and some bonus buys. And i hit it big, nearly 8000x on Hippo Pop. At the end of the session, my balance was at exactly 20.000€.

So there is a daily withdrawl limit of 500€ per day, its stupid but it is what it is. I had alrdy a 500€ withdrawl from 2 days ago in there, so they are doing my KYC right now.

now i recieved an e-mail. They told me, they voided all my winnings back to 2.500 because of this rule:

1.2. All winnings received while wagering Bonus are limited to a maximum cashout amount of 5 times bonus granted. Any exceeded balance will be voided prior to money withdrawal.

They confirmed my KYC and i got my first 500 out. But they voided 19754.81

From my understanding, all winnings WHILE WAGERING BONUS are limited. But i had the big win AFTER i finished wagering. I had it with REAL MONEY BALANCE. They cant just void my real balance winnings or am I completly dumb here? I would never have kept playing if thats the case.

Maybe you 2 guys and u chat can give an opinion on that?

I’m a gambling I joined jettbet a few weeks ago and lost a fortune. I told my “assistant” that I thought the site was a scam and wanted out. I asked for me account to be closed immediately but she kept offering me free bonuses and to try my luck again. I re-iterated that I was a gambling addict with mental health problems and wanted out. I turned to my coping mechanism - Gambling. In my hour of need I turned to jettbet but knew my account would be closed. The addiction was thriving but I the human hoped it’d be closed. I tried and wax able to deposit 4 times totalling £1200 and lost it all in no time. I’m now asking for a full refund and apology. They have told me they will respond but 22 emails later no one has responded once. Can you help @Skylined87

Hi i need some help please. I made an account, verified and won a sports bet. I tried to withdraw but was told i had to wager it 5x. I did that.. and now I am being asked for pictures of my card in email, bank statement etc. i sent them but it seems fishy. My car is a little worn and the name is harder to make out, they have now asked for proof of ownership of the card, even though they have my statement etc and I have provided another image of the card where you can make out the name.
