[Resolved] Can't withdraw balance from 22bet. Please help! [Non-CG brand]

Hello!

I created an account on 22bet a while ago. I have always deposited money and there have never been any problems depositing money. Of course now. When I want to make a withdrawal it is denied and is complicated all the time.

At first it was about depositing money the same way you withdraw money. The problem is that there is no way to withdraw money. You can deposit money with a card but you can't withdraw money to your card.

then I was asked by the support to change the way of depositing money. Then according to their information that I have been given all the time I have to deposit money with the new method. Then place a bet and after that I will be able to request a withdrawal.

I have followed all the steps they have said. I have received approval from their security department that the new method will work. This took me several days and as many hours as possible to complete.

now of course my withdrawals have been denied anyway. Now they say it's a technical error. I followed their instructions and made a new withdrawal and it was denied again.

Now they're suddenly saying I have to go through the same process again that I've already done. That is, I have to change the method again.

As I have already understood, the deposit method must match the withdrawal method.

they completely ignore me when I write in the live chat. I always get different answers from their email and their support. It is obvious that they completely ignore me and refuse to pay out money.

they just seem to want you to deposit a lot of money all the time!

Hello. 22bet is not listed with CasinoGrounds. If it was, it would not be accessible to Swedish players as we only display regulated casinos for regulated markets.

Given that you've stated you're from Sweden, and that 22bet isn't licensed in that market we can't help you directly.

Problemet är ju att man kan fortfarande komma åt sidan ifrån Sverige sidan är på svenska det finns svenskt språk man kan sätta in pengar med svenska kronor och allting det är ju det som är problemet
