It's me again! I am reaching out because I could really use your help with an issue I'm having over at Biglucky.com.

A couple of days ago, I had a nice win of $1300. When I went to withdraw it, I hit up their chat, and weirdly, they told me I didn't need to verify my account.

Now it's been almost two full days, and I've heard nothing back. They're not answering my emails, and their chat is totally useless—it feels completely automated.

Honestly, I'm getting fed up with these stalling tactics. If they can take my deposit instantly, the withdrawal should be just as quick!

Could someone from your side please jump in and help me push this along? I just want to get my $1300.

Changing casinos as often as you change socks then stuff like this is bound to happen ngl. 2 days is really short time to really judge anything. Im pretty sure in their  Terms n Condition  it says withrawals can take up to 5 or 10 workdays, depending on the casino. You have obiously dealt with things like that before you should know how it goes.

If you read my post properly, you’ll see that I haven’t even gone through the KYC process yet. I’ve already asked for it to be completed because I’m aware it can sometimes be used as a delay tactic.

Also, just to clarify the facts: confirming and approving a withdrawal shouldn’t take more than 3 days. The terms say 24 hours, and while bank transfers can take up to 5 business days, I’m using Skrill, which processes instantly. I have never heard of a casino taking 5 to 10 days, that is insane. So your facts are incorrect.

Waiting for a KYC process for 3 days is not good enough, let alone a withdrawal approval which states 24 hours on the website.

So before commenting, please make sure the information you’re giving is accurate. And yes, I’m completely allowed to use bonus offers from different casinos at my free will.

Dont have to get so defensive like i accused you of something. Im just saying 2 days ( 1 businessday and a saturday) Is not reason to get worried or start throwing lawsuits around.   You are wishing more positivity into wrong persons life. Since you are the one who starts making forumposts and calling company a scam over not withrawing the money in 1 businessday.  And i am clearly more positive than you, cause i believe that you will recieve the cashout soon enough, you dont.

Incorrect, because KYC has not been done. KYC should happen upon sign up or withdraw and states it take no more than 24 hours. Not business days, so again you have your facts wrong.

It's widely common, especially those casinos under the law of Curacao use delay tactics. This information can easily be accessible online.

If you look at my requests, it's a common theme with the casinos. The same casino names come up. So with all due respect all of my posts have been legit and some of them were never resolved.

This is why we have a platform like Casino Grounds who can advocate on our behalf, because the casinos do nothing when you are on your own. I have even had Casino Grounds remove a casino from their promotion list  because no response was provided.

So once again check your facts. Sometimes it's best to stay quiet if you have nothing good to say.
