this is sadly not true, im waiting since 5 hours, nothing was paid and the livechat guys telling me its minimum 3 working days even fpr crypto and e-wallets

This case has been marked as resolved as there has been no further contact from the complaintiff, and the casino does not have any outstanding withdrawals that they can see in relation to the above. 

Support does indeed say it is minimum three working days for withdrawals, which is a default threshold answer that is given due to not handling withdrawals during the weekends. This is, however, different from what we've been informed (fast crypto/e-wallet) and therefore put in our review. We are in talks with partner to have this improved, but it looks like we'll have to ammend the review.
