Upon reviewing the account and Player request we have more information to share. In order to make sure that closures are handled in a proper manner by our trained team, we have specific addresses which Players have to contact in order to get further assistance.
In this case the Player initially contacted our main support address which handles service-related issues, and he was navigated to the proper channel through which he should submit his request.
As this is all mentioned in our T&Cs to which the Player agreed upon registration, so once he contacted us via the proper e-mail with his formatted request, it was handled within the designated timeframe for such requests.
We confirm that the account is currently excluded indefinitely, as per the Player’s request. In conclusion, all actions which were taken by our team, were according to the T&Cs and established procedure.
