Hi guys,
I’m i played over your website at ninlay casino. I did quite a few deposits and ended up losing like 2k, this is not an issue as it was money i was able to lose.
anyways I was lucky and bought a hoarders bonus on 20 cents and won 1700€ now the issue starts. I decided to play to 1500€ and directly changed the bet after that win to 4€ to do 4€ spins. The bonus buy function did however not get deactivated and also there was no message as are you sure you want to buy a 1200€ bonus, no instead it directly spinned in the 1200€ bonus which resulted into a 1k loss.
I am so angry with this issue and i contacted the support to explain to them what happened. They did not care and my so called personal manager completely ignored me even though I politely stated that this is not how it should be and clearly is an issue. Instead I got the silent treatment and the guy only said sorry cannot help you, be careful next time.
it this something you can please pick up with the no limit provider. As this clearly seems to be an issue in their bonus buy interface. I do not believe that it is meant to be like this at all and it should deactivate the feature buy or at least ask you if you are sure you want to buy an x amount bonus.
Am so angry and disappointed finally had a massive ding ding and get fudged by the interface…
