got stuck and couldn’t finish. I contacted the casino (Bethard) support they said “a temporary technical error and therefore you could not finish the round.” and that it hade been resolved with my winning 3x my bet according to them already been paid out.

In my casino history that doesn’t show any winnings paid out and the replay shows a winning above 100x my stake.

So, the base game hit was 4,80sek and according to bethard the bonus paid out 2x. Is this even possible? 

 
Hello @Illbeoveryou didn't they see the bonus you shared here? I know the bonus itself is more than 3x as you can see in the link you've shared however if there was an error most sites where I am void any payouts due to malfunction. Maybe pm @Skylined87 , I'm in the UK so can't tell if it's a site casinogrounds promote
