Justspin - Help thread

Customer service told me that my withdrawal could take up to 72 hours.

For a guy used to Coolbets 5 min approvals, I dont see the logic.

Can you please help, again?

I've been trying to get my money paid out for 2 weeks now. my account was verified. but now they ask for bank statements, payslips, annual figures from my company. I sent everything, even though I thought this went far. to give the annual figures of my company. but you got everything from me. and now I have no response. I get the feeling that you guys don't want to cash out and are slowing everything down.

today on the chat was told that my documents have finally been approved. only now I have to wait for my payment to be approved. and then they are going to pay 5000 euros a day.

I want to pay out 110000, so that will wait another 22 days.

I asked them to transfer more the first time, because I've been busy for 2 weeks to get the payout. but that is not possible ..

be warned before you play in this casino.

I would advise you to look further.

with Slotsmillion and Luckydays I have a great experience.

update :

my account was approved according to the custom service chat. and waiting for them to approve my payouts.

only now they have a new question about my account. and still no payout has been approved.

it seems they are doing everything they can to delay the payout

to be continued

 
Lol why would you play on a casino who ask for a withdraw fee, huge red flagg. Hopefully they will go bankrupt. Dikked, maybe send you'r bank pin too? Casino's who ask for so many details can f.. Off

Hey.

I got an email today after having some withdrawals pending on my justspin account. I got asked to send in and to verify my bank card and skrill account which is strange since I have done multiple deposits, and withdrawal, and my account is already verified as you can see on the picture below. And as you may remember you helped me with withdrawal months ago because it took so much time before i got the money. Anyway i did send the photos to the email they asked to have it on support@21.com as i could not upload it to my profile because my account is already verified.

Can you please take a look at it and speed up the process so i dont need to wait for such a long time again? Thanks.

I've been verified for months on Justspin, never had trouble depositing and withdrawing. Last time I won alot of money I was stupid and lost it because withdrawal took longer than a day to process. Today I won 500 euro and when I tried to withdrawal they tell me you need to upload back of your drivers license for verification. I have been verified for a long time, why do I need to upload it again all of a sudden now when I try to withdraw money? They just trying to make me go play and lose the money again which is a very scummy thing to do in my opinion. I'm sure it will take ages now before they verify my account again and process my withdrawal. This will probably be the last time I have played on Justspin, things like this make me stay away from certain casinos. It's unfortunate, because I like Justspin alot.

Hello Alex, I now have a payout, I was told in the chat that it will take 72 hours.
I think that's a long time for a withdrawal to Skrill, which also costs € 3, can't you speed it up?
