Hello fellow gamblers!
I recently been using a casino site called Horuscasino.com. Before entering a site i always check their reviews on sites like trustpilot. This casino is fairly new, only have one bad review, but that one is describing how it want you to join another casino.
So i thought like giving it a shot for a month or something like that.
I really like Bonanza megaways, i know its usually a slot where its hard to get bonusses, i mean never join Bonanza unless you are ready to wait for the bonus for like 500+ spins right? ;)
Anyway so, something happened in Bonanza that i first thought was bug, blue gem switching to a king symbol when all the symbols was down in place, so i thought i would text the customer service to find out whats up eh.
as you can see in the video posted beneath, you can usually see your history in the games you played. The video shows histories for multiple slots like; temple of treasure megaways, golden colts and Bonanza. Its funny tho, how the website suddenly cant find the session history for the session, where this went down.

After texting Customer service, at first the person seemed nice, you get the auto messages and all ofc (haha). after telling them about the problem approx 55min ago, im still sitting right now, waiting for a reply. the customer support wanted to check the history and now they sent me a guide how to clear my cache and all that, i dont see how the problem lies with me tho, its their system right? cant be my fault they cant see my session.

in advance sorry for the bad recording, sorry if it turns out that the site is legit. Im not usually the guy calling out random stuff that aint true. This is gambling, it isnt made for the customers to earn money, congratz if you did, but its not meant to be you drawing the longest straw.

Hey there.

Good thing that you check reviews before starting to play at an online casino.

I would not recommend Trustpilot for a casino review because only a small percentage of online casino players are 'savvy'.
Especially when it comes to things like licensing, Terms and Conditions, welcome bonuses, payout times,
you want to have expert opinions instead of  the average opinion.

Other than player opinions, also website/affiliate reviews may help in chosing in which casino's you want to play at.
Actually the following Guide here on Casinogrounds is good information:
https://casinogrounds.com/guides/9-tips-for-new-casino-players/

With regards to Horus Casino: this casino seems not to be available for my country.
At a glance I seem to notice that it is 'curacao' licensed. I don't play at any of those.

Ultimately you'll have to form your own opinions.

Good luck!

EDIT: And what is the issue? Did you try refreshing? Seems like a visual bug to me.. o_o
u could check where the gamefiles are loaded from? inspect element => network
look for "nyxop.net" (I think, at least that's where Leo and Casumo loads from?)

Horus are a better casino in my opinion then countless MGA licensed casinos and many Casinogrounds promote (Wildz, genesis group, light casino etc)... I’ve been at Horus for a few months, super quick verification, quick withdrawals and decent games. I’ve had far less issues with Curaçao licensed casinos then I have MGA ones in my time. Just gotta pick the right casinos.

Since the video is unavailable for some reason the incident you are mentioning sounds like a typical glitch. Horus casino has the obligation to contact the BTG for the matter on your behalf.

Please never ever trust trustpilot. The reason? Most of the reviews are paid or made by the same casinos.(it's the easiest way to do it)

Advice: Depending on where you live I would strongly suggest to prefer casinos with MGA licence or Curacao but owned by 1 specific enterprise. I will not go into details here.

I know Horus casino. I dont like casinos with long and confusing bonus terms. Don't like Mirage enterprise ( withdrawals are quite slow). Don't like the absence of "restricted" slots when you open it. It's unfriendly strategy.
