[Help wanted] Gamblezen cannot verify my proof of residence [Non-CG brand]

Hello,

I am facing an issue where GambleZen does not verify my account. I tried with bank statement, card statement, my business document where it shows the address and my name (as administrator) and still they cannot verify my proof of residence.

It's been almost a week (since last Sunday)

Any ideas, what else I should try?

However, me (and perhaps community members of CG) can help you by brainstorming ideas on how to resolve this? 

You've given us the basic outline of the problem you're facing. At face-value, it sounds like you're following instructions, but it doesn't help. Have you received any communication from the casino as to why they are unable to verify your document(s), or have they simply not responded to you?
