Hello all.

I try to withdraw money from happyspins.com, but my money is still on pending. I am a new customer, registered 4 days ago. I tried to write to support but now answer whatsoever. I am worried that I get scammed and this is faker casino, but it seems that it belongs to Damagi Marketing Solutions LTD. I had play ion casinos like Fri Day and Rizk but never had problems like this.

Can someone tell me what I can do? Who I can contact if the support is not answering. Thank you.

I would suggest to try to reach out to them again, if you receive no response you can contact the license issuer directly:

Update: So, after I send the documents, I had a response next day that they need more specific document about my address, so I send them once again everything and I add some more bills.

After 74h, I get a response that they can't download my documents, and they are asking me to send them again... So i did...

I can add that I have been active on this casino, and I have won. I deposited about $250 and now I have $1000. Time to stop and withdraw.

What do you think about this?
