Goldenstarcasino/refuses to accept documents

Hello casinogrounds members and Kim and blanco :)

I’ve been a fan for a few years and this is the first time I’ve made an account here due to problems with a casino site

I registered at goldenstarcasino and deposited 15 000 NOK and was lucky and won 45 000 NOK. I requested a withdrawal and forgot that I haven’t verified my account so I did now, uploaded all the documents needed. Proof of address, proof of deposit and proof of identity.

then the problems started. I used Skrill rapid transfer for my deposits (bank transfer) and then they ask me to submit screenshot from my skrill wallet to prove those transaction. But that’s not possible because I used bank transfer provided by skrill not skrill. I’ve sent them 25 + email from 26th of October to now and I’ve explained to them that the only proof I’ve got it bank statement of those deposits that contains my full name, address, date and deposit amount (as they asked for) but no that’s not good enough.

So then i contact skrill trough email and they say, sorry we can’t give you the documents you ask for because you was not logged in to skrill while doing these transfers. So now seriously I don’t know what to do. I’m so pissed and angry at this casino. I’ve limited my account so I can’t loose my winnings.

a friend told me to submit a complaint to askgamblers and I did that now waiting for approval. Anyone here who got any clue of what to do?

and I of course have proof to back up my statement here if needed.

@LetsGiveItASpin this casino got like 9 out of 10 score at askgamblers so I trusted it. I’ve filed a complaint against them trough askgamblers. But I haven’t done anything wrong. I haven’t used a bonus the casino is not trying to help me. They won’t accept my document even though it’s the right one. They won’t accept PDF file which 99/100 casinos I play at accepts.

 
Ive just had a quick look at this casino online,I can't access because I'm in the UK,and I've found its licenced in Curacao!!!!!!! This is the biggest red flag you can ever have with a casino and one you should use to avoid it. I would also say that askgamblers is a poor place to judge a potential casino and would always do research anyway. It took me 2 minutes to find out its Curacao licenced.

My own personal experience is sites owned by N1 and direx/darma has been very fair towards me, always verify my account in about an hour sometimes in under 15 minutes. 

But of course this seems bad they will not help you. I hope you will find a way to get the money you won

I tend to avoid Curacao licenced casinos full stop and eliminate any potential trouble with them. I hope our OP gets their money but I have lost count of the amount of complaints with these type of licenced casinos on here and other similar websites and it's simply better to avoid. You yourself have been lucky but their may come a time when you aren't as it seems to be ever more common nowadays. Good luck to the OP.

 
It only took me 3 secs to find out it is curacao just scroll to the bottom of the page it is written there. 

You say biggest red flag? But you have never tried playing there yourself 😂😂😂

Even if you wanted you can't play in Curacao licenced casinos since you are from UK.

Thanks for the support anyways mate I really appreciate this. Yeah I will leave my account as it is,limited until I get some help. I just got an email from support saying “we are sorry for any inconveniences caused” when I wrote how can I upload a document that doesn’t exist. They really getting on my nerves

I hope it is okay with you, i have contacted support letting them know that many are watching this thread. I have kindly asked them to solve your problem or at least comment directly in this post why they are not paying you the money. 

I would also write a complain on askgamblers, just know it can be a long process. It will take some time before askgamblers will aprove your complain and after that the site has i think it is 72 hour to reply.

Me and other people loves to help out, i know i cannot do much more than show my support. But that can also be helpful during the time of waiting for a cashout. 

Now as gambler i would put my money on that you will get the money.

I guess CG is getting so big that casinos are getting afraid to lose their reputation over some disputes. There are a lot of active gamblers here that will not play in their casino when they see how they act with a lone player
