Hello casinogrounds members and Kim and blanco
I’ve been a fan for a few years and this is the first time I’ve made an account here due to problems with a casino site
I registered at goldenstarcasino and deposited 15 000 NOK and was lucky and won 45 000 NOK. I requested a withdrawal and forgot that I haven’t verified my account so I did now, uploaded all the documents needed. Proof of address, proof of deposit and proof of identity.
then the problems started. I used Skrill rapid transfer for my deposits (bank transfer) and then they ask me to submit screenshot from my skrill wallet to prove those transaction. But that’s not possible because I used bank transfer provided by skrill not skrill. I’ve sent them 25 + email from 26th of October to now and I’ve explained to them that the only proof I’ve got it bank statement of those deposits that contains my full name, address, date and deposit amount (as they asked for) but no that’s not good enough.
So then i contact skrill trough email and they say, sorry we can’t give you the documents you ask for because you was not logged in to skrill while doing these transfers. So now seriously I don’t know what to do. I’m so pissed and angry at this casino. I’ve limited my account so I can’t loose my winnings.
a friend told me to submit a complaint to askgamblers and I did that now waiting for approval. Anyone here who got any clue of what to do?
and I of course have proof to back up my statement here if needed.
