Hello, attached the restricted games. Good for me that i read the list. There are games i never saw on a restricted games list for wagering. I know every casino has other games which are restricted.

But i can open these restricted games with bonus money and maybe (??) play it ? I didn´t hit the spin button, but i think that would not be really fair ? (even if it´s stated in the bonus terms  🤓😇 , yes!) - Keep safe guys!

Yesterday I won 80x from the 5 freespins, today I won 85x from the freespins. I wonder it it was/will be enough to get one of the daily bonuses. 🤔

Sadly I didn’t manage to wager one of those wins (16€ and 17€) but I’d like to mention that the winnings from those 5 freespins are only 10x wager requirement aswell, which is pretty insane. In my experience - itis not uncommon for the live chat to not know about promotions.

If the casino is part of a network with a centralised “live help“ the chance of live help having any knowledge of a specific promotion, running on a particular casino, on their network is 0%

 

All you can do is ask them to escalate it to the relevant department at the relevant casino.
