Monday the 28th of September I played Crazy Time at Casumo. In 1 game round I had placed 20.80 euros in bets, as my chips showed. The game took 83.20 euros from my account for that game round. I tried to contact Casumo, but their support has been shit lately, so they didn't answer. I contacted them the next day, and they said they'd check up on it. Every day since I've checked in on them for an update, and all they have to say is that they've not heard back from Evolution yet. It's now 10 days since this happened and I have no word back what so ever.
2 days ago I opened an account at Funbet, a Genesis Global Ltd casino (same as casinocruise etc), and made a deposit with Skrill. The money didn't show up in the Funbet account, so I figured it was a small delay. It's now been 2 days, and they're giving me the same excuse every day; "We've not heard back from the finance team, and they've left for the day so we won't hear from them today".
I'm considering my money lost, as I do every time I deposit to gamble, but when I lose the money without getting any playtime for it, it pisses me off quite a bit. It's not a fortune, but it's a matter of principles.
When it comes to Evolution, it's actually incredible how they dominate the market when their software is full of bugs, the games are so heavily house favoured, and the customer service is literally non existant.
Think I'm close to retiring from online gambling. It seems like many people have had problems with a variety of online casinos' response times lately. Somehow seems like they're getting ready to take your money and run away with it.
