Evolution, Casumo and Funbet

Monday the 28th of September I played Crazy Time at Casumo. In 1 game round I had placed 20.80 euros in bets, as my chips showed. The game took 83.20 euros from my account for that game round. I tried to contact Casumo, but their support has been shit lately, so they didn't answer. I contacted them the next day, and they said they'd check up on it. Every day since I've checked in on them for an update, and all they have to say is that they've not heard back from Evolution yet. It's now 10 days since this happened and I have no word back what so ever. 

2 days ago I opened an account at Funbet, a Genesis Global Ltd casino (same as casinocruise etc), and made a deposit with Skrill. The money didn't show up in the Funbet account, so I figured it was a small delay. It's now been 2 days, and they're giving me the same excuse every day; "We've not heard back from the finance team, and they've left for the day so we won't hear from them today". 

I'm considering my money lost, as I do every time I deposit to gamble, but when I lose the money without getting any playtime for it, it pisses me off quite a bit. It's not a fortune, but it's a matter of principles. 

When it comes to Evolution, it's actually incredible how they dominate the market when their software is full of bugs, the games are so heavily house favoured, and the customer service is literally non existant. 

Think I'm close to retiring from online gambling. It seems like many people have had problems with a variety of online casinos' response times lately. Somehow seems like they're getting ready to take your money and run away with it. 

 
Yeah, I've had the same issue with Evolution games and a few casinos, including Casumo. Their chat support is definitely below par right now, and there are times they don't even answer my questions or follow-up messages.

Evolution's games are genius in their design, but they're cold, money-sucking machines with big house edges. I've tracked about $100,000 worth of wagers I've made on the wheel games, and my RTP is (fortunately) actually running better than what would be mathematically expected based on the segments I usually bet on, but it's still worse than table games, and the volatility is insane. I've switched to playing mostly table games or the Lightning games, as their RTP is only a shade lower than their vanilla table game equivalent, but you still get some big wins. (Big wins on relatively small wagers is the point of their design, really, as you can more easily keep players at the table longer, and eventually turn a $5 player into a $20 player into a $100 player)

 
@Asle Martinsen I can inform you that since the issue is escalated to evolution, you will have to wait for the response. Personally, 10 days of waiting is quite long enough to piss you off. 

When it comes to skrill, as a very good specialist on lost deposits, i can inform you that in case you received on your email the transaction number, that means that your money is sent to the casino. Casino's money processor didnt identify it for some particular reason. So now financial department has sent a request of investigation to skrill department. Skrill will prove that money is indeed sent so they will approve it late on. It takes 10 days for this investigation to take place. Also, if you are a vip member at skrill you can contact via telephone(which you will see under your account, its a personal number) the vip department and have it done quite faster.

10 days is stupid as shit. It takes less time to validate a progressive jackpot win. Just think about it lol

 
So I spoke to Evolution myself, and they gave me the ticket number and said this has been resolved several days ago, and told me to contact my casino to have them look at it. 
So I go back to Casumo and suddenly they started apologizing, however they were unable to find the ticket, and I'm left having to wait longer until they investigate it. This is after they've been giving me generic responses every day, claiming they couldn't do anything about it until Evolution got back to them. But now when I showed them the screenshot from the chat with Evolution's support, they suddenly said they'll have their own CS manager as well as their in-house Evolution manager look at it and get back to me tomorrow. 

Yesterday it was 2 weeks since this bug happened and caused this situation. I expect they'll hide behind it being a visual bug, despite my betting pattern proving otherwise (along with the screenshot).

Casumo support is slow now.  It used to be such a good casino.  Now everything seems to take forever.  They do end up doing what they are supposed to but don't hold your breath it will be quick.
