I was standing on the street today a police officer came up to me handed me a gun and then arrested me for possession of a weapon.

I played at a casino today, the casino handed me a bonus and then took away the winnings when i won.

:face_with_rolling_eyes:

It's not a good analogy/ and highlights why you need to get away from the victim/perpetrator mentality if you want to get anywhere.

If Dreamvegas is exactly the same as 21casino and Casilando the the bonus is not automatically given to you, you have to select it when depositing.

It would be more like:

police officer -  "hey look I have a gun, do you want to hold it?"

You - "Ooooh, yes please! noice"

Officer hands you the gun. You observe the gun, notice the safety is on and flip it to the off position, you adopt a pose you have seen many times in the movies; legs spread, slightly leaning back, both arms outstretched gripping the lethal weapon, one eye closed, making pew pew pew noises as you jerk the gun up repeatedly, simulating shooting the mindless pedestrians around you. You get carried away and accidentally squeeze the trigger a bit too hard, there is a loud bang and across the road a watermelon, which a new mother is holding and showing to her prammed cooing newborn samantha, explodes.

The policeman takes his gun back, "STOP, give it back!"

The policeman issues you a fine.

You stand there indignant, thinking the officer to be very rude, he gave you the gun after all. You just want that gun back, the exploding watermelon was beautiful to behold, and who knows, maybe, just maybe, if you he gave you that gun again, maybe, just maybe, the next time you might hit the newborn motherload.

Also, it potentially makes a difference, due to the wording in the T&C's on dreamvegas been slightly different whether or not you won the money when playing with the cash balance or the bonus balance.

I think he won't even open/get your letter.
No, I am sure that Charlie Flanagan will all he can do to get this guys money back. He might even make it a part of his re-election campain "justice for all who does not read the terms, but still think they should get paid"

Oh Ok i don't really know what to say to that, its a bit dramatic i prefer my analogy.

I'm not a victim but its common sense to anyone without any "connections" to the gambling industry that this is extremely foul play to act like this, Not even once but for several years! I've been told they don't do this in the UK as they are frightened of the UKGC, so they only try it in EU countries. I'm not the only "Fool" to fall for this and won't be the last. This is potential Fraud, at the very point i was awarded the bonus they had 2 days to find the error and contact me or remove the bonus before i even finished the huge wagering. How can they wait to see the outcome whether i win or lose LOL come on be serious. Im pretty sure a legit casino like paddy power, betfair or william hill would see this and accept the error in good faith, not remove all the winnings.

This is a heads they win tails i lose potential scam going on.

Or he could just ban the casino brand from operating in Ireland before something like this ends fatal. Gambling is already a problem, but gambling and being conned for 7k could lead to severe depression and who knows what else. Its a dangerous game to play and it needs stopping asap.

What guy do you know called Amy?

You said my analogy was too dramatic for your tastes and then go full, overly dramatic, Karen mode.

Take a step back from your indignation if you want to be taken seriously.

I gave you advice as to what you need to do to get anywhere. Just do it, start the complaints procedure and stop ballooning the issue here, you are stressing yourself out over it. Chill, keep a clear head or else you will just drive yourself crazy.

I know how infuriating it is, we all do.

The only thing you can do is stay calm, stay rational and start the formal complaints proceedings.

tbh you will not have any joy with this post or fighting it,the casino states in terms that deposits with skrill/neteller, even if you did get it added auto, like its been said befor when making a deposit read terms as they are set there, your self if playing online for a while should know that skrill/neteller is a no go,even if you have seen streamers use it and get a bonus thats beacaue ITS (a streamers bonus) not a welcome offer,

as hard as it is that win was never yours to win as you was playing on the bonus what you was not allowed,so for them to give you your deposit back is a fair deal

sorry did not catch that you are a women, people got all sorts of weird usernames. But that explains the massive mood swings and not being able to understand logic. A women does not want to hear a mans opinion, she just wants to hear her own opnion being repeated with a deeper voice.

I'm sorry but that win could of happened with or without a bonus. Its a good trap. Your acting like i didn't deposit, this was not a free bonus, i deposited €200 to play Jammin Jars after seeing many streamers have great success on that game. I understand some casinos ban skrill/neteller but how many casinos outside the white hat gaming group actually award the bonus when you deposit with them methods? I'm sure the others just block the bonus like casino.com does. Its the Casinos duty and responsibility to do this.

The day someone from White Hat Gaming group comes here and declares they will refund the deposits of all the other people who this has happened to in the last 2 years+ who actually lost with the bonus using Neteller/Skrill will be the day they look like a legitimate casino and prove this was an accident and not deliberate by them.

Who knows how much the casino has pocketed from this before because not many people will beat the huge wagering they set. Think about that ay...

That's so offensive are you serious?

I am not having a mood swing! The odd few people here and other forums have the same logic i have so. You obviously have a biased opinion.

Kind of sad how many people in here think it's fair how the casino treated their customers in this case (and many many other cases over the years). It's a fact that OC's operate at the edge of being loyal like in your case or if they take weeks for your account being verified i.e..

Sure, you won't get that money back but come on guys. It's 2020 and this shitty casino can't even add a process where it checks your deposit method BEFORE it automatically grants you a bonus. Some casinos just operate like it's the late 1990's. Pretty sad but that just shows how much of an asshole you have to be if you work in the casino industry. 🙂

It's the players duty to read the terms & conditions. Could the casino implement something to prevent Skrill and Neteller deposits with the deposit bonus? Yes. Is it solely their responsability that nobody deposits with Skrill and Neteller with the deposit bonus? No.

Goodluck with your crusade against white hat.

The only way to test this is for someone that did get a bonus whilst depositing via Skrill / Neteller but didn't manage to complete the wagering, to go to the casino and claim their deposit back because they should never have had the bonus in the first place. If that request gets refused, you got a point as that particular rule should apply to all outcomes.

That's the thing and why do they need to act like this in the casino industry when they must make fortunes at the expenses of people already. This particular casino is related to a whole list of casinos under one brand White Hat Gaming so they are huge. I'm sure stuff like this is not necessary. What have they done with the confiscated winnings, which they would of sent to me had i used any other deposit method, Put the money back in the business books as profits or what, I wonder... it's just playing on mind.

Surprise Surprise WHG at its old tricks again when I was literally sticking up for the casino above^
They've locked me on all WHG sites for unknown reason awaiting email lulzzzzzzzzz

They fucked you over big time mate.maybe at some point it's true yes you should read a bit more carefully about deposit bonuses but still how da fuck casino create such a stupid rules, conditions. Adam i agree 100%. I know i should read the rules much more clearly, but i missed this about Neteller. I joined the casino made a deposit and when i got the bonus that was when i looked at the rules and only looked for things like max bet and what games are allowed, i didn't look for rules about deposit methods as the bonus was already in my account i wouldn't expect any problems in that regard. If i noticed that rule i would of spoke to live chat to get some clarification. Its no coincidence that this has rocked so many other people with the exact same problem and they lost winnings. I've seen posts here on casinogrounds last year about it, I've seen complaints on ThePogg, askgamblers and a few other places too. Why doesn't anyone do something about it? Many people have said here it would be very easy to block the bonuses for certain methods so just do it!

Some updates for the people who are interested. I tried complaining to the ADR from ThePogg but he sided with the casino without even properly looking into it. So that option is closed. Luckily I've fount a No win/ No Fee legal team who specialise in "Getting Casinos to pay up" and we've had some good discussions. I feel good about this because they look impressive and have some good wins vs dodgy casinos in Malta already.

I'm debating whether to go to the press and give white hat gaming that bad exposure they deserve. This might make them fix their system to stop this happening again!

This may not please some people here but Twitch should ban white hat gaming group being shown on their platform until they get their house in order. Streamers can deposit with skrill/neteller and get a bonus and win massively on Jammin Jars or other slots all day long but the moment a regular person does it its not allowed. Its a bit misleading, lets see what twitch thinks about that.

You have done nothing wrong. On my opinion. How come deposit method can affect withdrawal.pure scam.i understand it is going to be dead hard to do anything about it but I wish you good luck. You never know.trust me there was many more people like you who probably get fooled that way.At least cos of your post customers of these casino and other sites that using the same trick will know to be careful.

Twitch doesn't care about channels with viewbots, fake money streaming etc. so I wouldn't count on them caring let alone do something about somebody playing on a casino with a bonus depositing via Skrill / Neteller when they shouldn't have had that bonus according to the T's and Cs.
