Coolbet not paying

Hi. I have been waiting for a coolbet payout for almost a week,. Support just tell me to wait another days but nothing happens. What can I do? I am a vip there but that doesn't help.

I have had a nightmare with receiving my funds from coolbet. Made a cashout early friday morning around 7.am. They said 1-3 business days with Revolut. Now they keep saying to wait another day and blame the payments provider. Support is not helpful at all. They just tell me to wait. It has taken way too long. Normally revolut withdrawals are instant or at least just a few hours.

If there is still a possibility to cancel the withdraw and you feel "a bit on tilt" of the long withdraw time, just put a 1 euro loss limit to you account.   Stay cool and w8 for the money to come.

Don't worry, you will get the money. But as Spiker1977 said you would be wise to put a 1 euro loss limit on the account so you don't rip it. And if you are VIP there and they take this long with processing a cashout without giving you any reason I would stop playing there. Perhaps something you should talk with your VIP host about. In today's casino scene where so many sites has instant cashouts they should be very cautious with making their players wait this long if they want to keep customers.

Saturday and sunday are not businessdays. And im sure their payment provider had issues. Coolbet is a big online casino, i doubt your cashout was big enough for them to risk their license.
