Hi Winni12321,@gjerken the same shit happens to me some weeks ago. Deposited 20€, ended up with 1170€, but i played bonanza, then tombstone, so they took my money away and left 20€ in my pocket. Most stupid wagering conditions and its hard to see and understand at the first look. Thats player abuse and CG doesnt care :/ Same shit with Sugar Casino and games like the dog house there. @Skylined87
Wery well said.I welcome this. Both "Casinos" and "Bonuses" section are so identical it doesnt surprise me that users cant tell the difference here. But why do you want to seperate casinos you vouch for, with those who is "just ok to play on"? I think if you want to seperate this community from another website that list hundres of casinos they suggest (obviously) people to play on, you have to make one list of casinos that you recommend, and you are willing to take responsibility for if needed. There are tons of special welcome offers out there, but i want to choose those who are listed here on this community, because i feel safe and know you (CG) will stand up and help me if needed. Personally that is why i am looking for, and i hope others are aswell. After you upgraded with all these new dodgy casinos, i have partly lost this feeling i feel safe, just by looking at all complaints thats been posted lately.
As for the voting system, i can understand the obstacles. But i'm not just thinking about how you rate a casino "in one rating" but how you rate parts of it. I like the ratings in the reviews:
And then with the overall score. If the users could vote on each of them, i dont think users will vote bad because they have lost. Mabye they will give a bad rating if they had any complaints against the casino, but in long run with many voters, this will not have a big impact on the rating.
- Bonus
- Website
- Mobile
- Support
- Payment
This is how i would rate a casino:
- Welcome offer
- Campain offers and reload bonuses
- Website (stability/loading time/navigation)
- Game selection
- Support and respons time (both live chat and e-mail)
- Withdrawal time
I still find it funny when CG rate casinos like party casino with 70x (!!!) wagering a 5 out of 5 stars rating, and just spin casino with 50x wagering 4 out of 5 stars. That is a completely joke, and if the members were able to participate on this, i'd be shocked if they got rated 5/5 and 4/5. Every streamer out there promotes these casinos at the moment, but i dont see anyone of them wager 50x+ bonus...
Ok, not meaning to take focus from your post here @gjerken, but i think its all related to the fact that CG has lowered it's standard for good rated casinos, and if they dont turn it, it's just going to be another casino advertise site.

So basically the same happened to me. I had a huge win on a Megaways game and ended up withdrawing €650,-Hi Winni12321,
We absolutely do care and immediately removed the casino in question when we first heard of this. We are currently investigating what can be done but all points to bCasino shouldn't have been featured.
We are reviewing the current offering and see if further changes are appropriate. I would like to emphasize that already today we say no to the vast majority wanting to be featured on CG as they do not pass the vetting.

I mean, online gambling (software, slots, providers etc.) itself can be trusted, but most casinos are shithouses. When you live in a country with liberal online gambling laws it's probably better but here in Poland we have like 5 good online casinos available (BML Group, Unibet, PokerStars, maybe Energy Casino) so players have to go to these Curacao casinos with max withdrawal of 500€.Carolgre said:Yeah, I have faced the same problem and decided not to trust online gambling anymore...
I said it long ago, but these nonsense Casino Terms would not stand in any legitimate court of law. It is unfair and disadvantages the consumer by burdening them beyond expectation. The European Commission should start cracking down and introducing regulations preventing this behaviour. As if Casino business isn't lucrative enough. So basically the same happened to me. I had a huge win on a Megaways game and ended up withdrawing €650,-
bCasino replied in the same way again as you can see in the screen cap.
I immediately canceled the waithdrawal and the €650,- showed up in my account again, 10 minutes later it was gone.
I replied to the email and I got an automated email back stating they bumped it to their Complaints Management Team and they would reply within 8 weeks ((...?!?!?)
I took them a week to actually reply to my complaint.
I always read the T&C. Not in the email or the link provided in the email did they mention anything about play bonus buy features. In their email though, all of a sudden, they did.
Its so confusing dealing with this casino since it takes them about a week to reply and when they do they sign it with their team name and you don’t even get somebody’s credentials.
I really feel scammed by them and am willing to press charges because their T&C is not transparent at all.
Does anybody have any tips regarding this issue?
CG I really hope you can help me out because it’s a damn shame these kinda of things happen!
