So I signed up on bcasino that you advertise. I looked at wich games that where not allowed, max bet and their liscence. Ended up winning 1800 euro. Then i see that all the megaways slot only contribute 10% of the wager. And since they dont have netent, play n go, pragmatic. I thought the wager was impossible to beat. And some other decent games was not allowed to play with bonus funds. But I managed to Clear the wager with 1660 euro left. Went to cashout, then the 160 euro is deducted. Lol 

I then recived email that my winning is confiscated because of i had gone from low wager contribution to high wager contribution. Great... 

My question to you, how the fu.. Is it possible to promote such a shady casino. How are you supose to clear the wager. I had sick luck. Not that it mathers.. Lol

Do you even read the terms. I searched bcasino review. And casinomeister and the pogg have them blacklisted. Stupid me didn't to that this time, because i thought this site promote good casinos. I looked at some other casinos that you promote as well, and they are pretty shady to. 

Do you think of the consequence this has for the player??  What disapointment this is. I ended up tilting away 2000 euro this weekend.

They confiscated HOW MUCH of your 1660€ balance?

And did I understand right, that they confiscated your balance because you went from slots that only contribute 10% to the wager to slots that wager 100% or did you break any max bet terms?

Anyway, why the F would they do that.

But it was wrong by you going Tilt Mode because of that, you can’t blame anyone for that, that’s only your fault!

You will ALWAYS get help by the CasinoGround operators if sh*t like that happens. I have no clue why that happened but I am sure with the help of @Skylined87 you will be able to get your money and you should always consider asking for help BEFORE you do anything stupid like tilting on other casinos.

The good thing about the casinos CG promote is, that they will never let you down on any trouble you have with those.

I completely agree with you that the terms are ridiculous and that it'd be better for this casino to not be promoted on CG anymore. However, while the terms are ridiculous and all that, if you had read the terms and conditions carefully before depositing and playing on this casino you'd have been able to prevent this entire situation. I'm not here to side with the casino, just telling you that you should put the blame for this on yourself and hopefully learn from it. Always read the T&C before playing on any casino. Even those promoted on sites such as CG.

Not blaming casinogrounds for me tilting away money. And yes i clearly didn't read the stupid thing about low and high wager. But they should not promote such casino with such shady terms

I agree that you should read the T&C but honestly, would you ever expect a term like that? That term is just in there for trying to scam people, that’s for sure. That term is just unfair and they should know themselves, that no one would ever play on their casino if they knew about it. Even if you know about the term you have to be so insanely careful which slot you are playing, could always be a slot with a higher/lower wager contribution than the slot you played before, what a bullshit. 
 

The wager contribution thing is already stupid, especially 10%. Most sites have 50% for the slots you can wager on easier. 
 

And since they have that, they should at least let the player decide which slot he wants to wager on, it will be hard enough no matter which option he chooses.
 

They better pay this guy and delete that term or someone has to burn that shit site down, that’s for sure.

Making their terms as shady as possible just to fuck over people in a legal way, I‘ve heard many stupid things regarding online casinos, but that one is by far the most stupid one.

Getting scammed like that is worse than playing on a casino that would never have paid you, no matter what you did and we know there are enough of those out there aswell.

Ive got a pending withdrawal and I've played one megaways game so most likely gonna do the same bullshit to me didn't even hit the bonus funds I just searched the games on the list then saw the megaways bullshit lol utter scam tbh 

 
There are always two sides of a story, but untill otherwise proved, i think the casino acting to find whatever reason they can create something that deny payments to a player who doesnt manage to fight back.

I hope you get help from CG and @Skylined87

I have to add that the change CG did a while back, taking in all these dodgy casino offers with terrible terms that even  the streamers wont accept, its a shame against all members. The number of complaints has increased a lot at the same time. I've also requested that the ratings in the casino lists should be voted by the members, and not the people who gets the profit from them. I know it's not going to happen, but this would make the community way more liable than it is today.

Regarding the rating, that is something that is in the pipeline this year. :)

We are definitely taking measures to more clearly display what CG recommends vs where we believe it's fine to play (but where the brand/offer might have more to ask). There is a distinction today where under casinos it's more liberal while under bonuses and front page we have a definite higher threshold, but it's not clear enough to a user.

And as Skylined says, it will be possible to list based on user review's later this year - we just need to overcome some obstacles so that the ratings don't get skewed too much (user's downvoting just because they lost, casinos upvoting their own brands etc etc.)

I welcome this. Both "Casinos" and "Bonuses" section are so identical it doesnt surprise me that users cant tell the difference here. But why do you want to seperate casinos you vouch for, with those who is "just ok to play on"? I think if you want to seperate this community from another website that list hundres of casinos they suggest (obviously) people to play on, you have to make one list of casinos that you recommend, and you are willing to take responsibility for if needed. There are tons of special welcome offers out there, but i want to choose those who are listed here on this community, because i feel safe and know you (CG) will stand up and help me if needed. Personally that is why i am looking for, and i hope others are aswell. After you upgraded with all these new dodgy casinos, i have partly lost this feeling i feel safe, just by looking at all complaints thats been posted lately.

As for the voting system, i can understand the obstacles. But i'm not just thinking about how you rate a casino "in one rating" but how you rate parts of it. I like the ratings in the reviews:

  • Bonus
  • Website
  • Mobile
  • Support
  • Payment
And then with the overall score. If the users could vote on each of them, i dont think users will vote bad because they have lost. Mabye they will give a bad rating if they had any complaints against the casino, but in long run with many voters, this will not have a big impact on the rating.

This is how i would rate a casino:

  • Welcome offer
  • Campain offers  and reload bonuses
  • Website (stability/loading time/navigation)
  • Game selection
  • Support and respons time (both live chat and e-mail)
  • Withdrawal time


I still find it funny when CG rate casinos like party casino with 70x (!!!) wagering a 5 out of 5 stars rating, and just spin casino with 50x wagering 4 out of 5 stars. That is a completely joke, and if the members were able to participate on this, i'd be shocked if they got rated 5/5 and 4/5. Every streamer out there promotes these casinos at the moment, but i dont see anyone of them wager 50x+ bonus...

Ok, not meaning to take focus from your post here @gjerken, but i think its all related to the fact that CG has lowered it's standard for good rated casinos, and if they dont turn it, it's just going to be another casino advertise site.

See that's the problem though, you can't just go playing on any casino expecting terms to be fair towards the player. The terms are stated clearly, and although they are shitty, Op either didn't read them at all, or didn't read them well. Because i'd assume anyone who did read them well wouldn't play on the casino like you said. As much as the casino is an absolute shit casino, and as much as i hope for op to get his money back, the casino didn't exactly "scam" the player here. In the end they just acted to their rights and followed T&C. I'm really not trying to defend this horrible casino in any way, i'm just staying objective and stating the facts. I hope people take to this post as another example of why you should always carefully go over the T&C before playing on any online casino ever.

@gjerken the same shit happens to me some weeks ago. Deposited 20€, ended up with 1170€, but i played bonanza, then tombstone, so they took my money away and left 20€ in my pocket. Most stupid wagering conditions and its hard to see and understand at the first look. Thats player abuse and CG doesnt care :/  Same shit with Sugar Casino and games like the dog house there. @Skylined87

 
This casino are linked to Oceanbets a known user of fake software. They appear to be rogue listed at many other places due to "clip joint style withdrawal terms".....

I'd do an ADR case if I was you on the grounds that the T&Cs are grossly unfair.
