what is the good advice if my first two cards total of 13? can I stay or draw more?

Hi, what you do with any blackjack hand usually depends on what the dealer is holding too.
CGM has an easy to refer to hand chart of what is technically optimal play decision for each possible hand combination:

Hope it helps give an understanding of basic play decisions - though remember with any gambling game there is no guaranteed way to win - the chart won't necessarily help you win more by detailing the best decision, but it can help you lose less by avoiding the worst decision.
