Won around 1.5k euro on a game that still hasent been added to my game account! Not bank account, GAME account. They are refering me to a que, i am asking wdym que? Is there a que for people whom are waiting for slot Wins to get paid to game account ?

Well heres the long story.

I played return of kong megaways, baught the left bonus for 1000kr(50kr/stake)

Got 9 spinns and 75.000 megaways. First spinn bonus, around 2000kr win, second spinn around 12000kr win, and rest of the 6 spinns gave arorund 1600kr win. Total win of 15.600 ish. 

Meanwhile my second spinn my phone died. Had to swap to my computer. Wich i did. There was to problem to continue the entire bonus round. Total win around 15.600kr.

But when it all ended. The win did not get added to my game account. I thought to my self. No worries they can just watch the replay and add my win. But no. Apperently they have a line about People loosing slot wins. So they cant watch a simple replay on my ID wich i also provided..

And now to the scam part. Have been in contant with merkur and blueprint and both are stating that snabbare.com has the option of watching the replay. They still havent done it, despite 8 hour of mail conversation and live chat etc. They still refering to a que. Hence the problem, how the fuck can there be a que for their costumers about this ?! Poor security or lazy? My oppinion is more towards they arent that keen to watch a replay so they have to add it direct.

The scam is not that they are slow. The scam is how they keep lying in every chat i have with them. Example, they said they need the approval to check reply. But when I contanted both of merkur and blueprint they Just said straight "no, they can access it them self" 

And other statement they are doing such as, I sent your request forward you have number 400(for example) 3 hours later i get knowledge its still not sent and also i have a new number 900( for example) so my que time got even worse. Etc etc.. 

The scam is how they handle the hole situation and how they missinform. 

Also can add i was in que nr 4 for 55 min and nr 1 for 40 min. Likly when I get to nr 1 i have to wait 40 min.. Yeyee. They already se its me due to email and personal number. And dodge.

26 hours and counting, still dodging emails from me, and still my win not added to my balance. And no information what so ever regarding this mattern.

Update: 

Still not added my win and they are not responding me on mail or nothing. Just saying is a que... If theres a que regarding stuff like this. Sounds not likly. But if it is a que, then the security for players and players balance and game are ultra bad..

As of now i still recommend anyone that plays there to record every session.

Update: 

Added to my game balance at 18.16 CST yesterday. Swedish live chat kept on lying aswell. It wasent untill i came in contact with their norwegian department that it got resolved. 5 full days to get them to watch a replay.. thats just to bad.

Still be aware here and I recommend everyone that plays here to start recording their sessions. Or atleast big base game hits and bonuses.
