Long time viewer, but had to set up a new account as I just simply could not resurrect the old forum one though the recovery process.

Anyway down to the issue.  And you are not going to like this Kim & Hampus, but it needs to be said.

Are you aware that the casino that is being heavily promoted on stream has the most rogue conditions I have seen in years?  I am quite surprised that Kim would entertain this type of carry on.

I have been bombarded with emails since I signed up.  All of them have them have one thing in common, they all contain the most restrictive conditions that ensures you simply cannot win, and if you win big, you better hope you did not take a bonus, otherwise it's going to turn sour fairly quickly..

Attached is the latest screenshot of an email for a 100% bonus - the problem is self explanatory.

Digging into their website, this is the default business & operational practices at 24.

Really ?  Well this must be a mistake I said.  I'll check with the online chat.  After much teeth pulling, it was confirmed as being correct.

It doesn't take a mathematician to figure out what a 500-1000x would mean in this type scenario.  I shudder to think of a max win scenario whilst having taken a bonus, wagered it 40 times only to be told you can't withdraw more than 5x the bonus.

Do you really want to be associated with this type of Casino ?

@Fireindadisco I believe I`ve noticed you (or someone else with the same opinion as yours) have brought this to attention in the LGIAS chat on stream many times, and Hampus didn`t really reply, other than "that sounds weird" or something like that.. Well. this is standard 24casino terms..

I did register on 24 through CG, and have used them a bit, but I have the same issue as you, bonus terms are absolutely horrible. The 5x max win from bonuses are a disaster. It makes the player afraid of hitting TOO big, but you still need many good hits for even complete the wager. 40x wager are high enough, and the max cap is a joke.

Imagine hitting a max win (even a "low" 5000x), complete the wager, and not be able to cashout anything but 5x your deposit..

Even the freespins you can get from the telegram group are usually capped at 10 euro, (and wager aswell).

I really like Kim and Hampus, and watch almost every stream. Barely in chat, but I do watch. And it kinda bothers me that they promote 24casino as one of the best, when they have bonus terms that feels like are the worst in the market..

Listen 24casino -  just remove the max cap, and keep the wager. Simple as that!

 
I wagerd a 200% bonus (100€ + 200 bonus) there and after wagering I had ~1200€ balance. I cashed 1000€ and left 200€ to play with, cashout processed kinda quick. Would have been interresting to try to cashout the rest, since it did not dissapear after wagering / was left on my account after cashout even though it says this max 5x cap.. In some casinos with caps I have experience of that then remaining money after wagering is cut off from the balance..

P.S. I think I actually cashed 1000.xx something so I indeed exceeded the Max cap cashout 🤔😆

@Badger Yes it was me that raised it in the chat.  I don't think Hampus believed me in all fairness.

Eitherway it's just an accident waiting to happen.  Someone is going to click on the banner that says 100% (or whatever) deposit bonus without reading the t&c's, hit big and have a bad experience.

I honestly doubt the lads had any idea of what CG agreed to when finding this new crowd.  One thing is for sure, it would be too easy to point the finger and say well you are not subject to such restrictive withdrawal conditions and that whilst being unfair, would be true. 

The other thing is that you would not get away with these type conditions with that level of wagering with the MGA.  Many have lost their MGA licence for this very practice.

I know what 24 are doing here and what market they are trying to capture, but this strat just ends up with pissed off customers who feel they have been mugged. 

There are options for them like a way to unsticky this if you don't hit the bonus funds or increase the wager X.  TBH, the 40x wagering does not make sense if you are going to cap withdrawals at 5x the matched bonus.

@Fireindadisco That`s why I thought. I remember thinking it was weird that you not got a proper response, either from Hampus or chat in general. Players don`t read T&C appearantly.. 24casino bonus terms are a absolute joke and they really deserve massive critisism for it.

I don`t know the process of making new partners for CG/LGIAS, but they should not promote a brand that obviously NOT are good for players. There are many shitty brands out there, but many really good ones aswell. The good ones NEVER has win caps from depo bonuses and/or freespins, ONLY wager. (And wager are never as high as 40x)

I know it`s a choice to accept deposit bonuses, but we all want them, right?

Totally agree, win cap ON TOP of wager are completely stupid. And yeah, this can`t be legal right? Would be interesting to dig into this with MGA..

 
Casino24 have few good things but never ever would i take a bonus there, its not even funny how bad the terms are!!

I Got accounts in many Dama NV casinos and 24casinos bonus terms are the worst of them all.

This is just robbery they taking your big winning into  they wallet.  Limit the cashout  is just terrible with such a high wager. Heck I don't really like playing on casino that limited the cashout either.

Sure I like to gambling with bonus that kind of offer is just terrible.

We believe this is more than fair, especially considering the frequency of no deposit bonuses we offer. It’s possible to claim up to €50 on telegram, a day sometimes if you're quick enough.

We also have a number of "non-restricted" bonuses. For example, our cashback is wager-free, as is our 24Monthly giveaway (where we award real cash to our top players every 24th of the month), and our rakeback is completely wager-free as well. However, it’s natural to have restrictions when we offer 200%, 300%, or even 500% deposit bonuses. We will look to review these.

Clearly those kind of bonuses are not for regular players, in the past 3 months since i sign up to this casino i have never received such a bonus promo and i would say that my deposits at one point have been above an average gambler. In my opinion it's not natural to have such a low cap no matter how good the bonus is, if a casino cannot take the risk for those type of bonuses they should not offer them period.

Hi. I receive tons of offers from 24casino every week, around 10 emails per week with deposit offers and free bonuses from telegram. ALMOST EVERY deposit bonus has exactly the same win cap 5X, with VERY few exceptions. And those are even almost the same. Wager has ALWAYS been either 40x or 45x. And 24casino push those bonuses harder than any other casino I`ve ever played at.. It`s obvious that this strategy not are in favour of the players.

Regarding the no depo bonuses on telegram. Usually 2X win cap.. 40-45x wager and 2X win cap.. No comment needed.. And it`s very hard to get those bonuses aswell. Never seen anything near 50 euro value there in a day, so even if you say "it`s possible", never seen it. Not even close..

The room of improvent on those bonuses on 24casino are massive. Just lower the wager, and remove the win cap. It will be profitable in the long run for 24.

I was referring to those bonuses without a cap. The ones that have a 5x cap i get 3-4 a day but i'm saying pass on them.

 
A  deposit bonus with a withdraw cap is always a NO, and with a 45x wager its a double NO NO. 

If i take a bonus i try to win big and i use volatile games where you can have a huge hit. IF!! you get a huge hit(ones in a blue moon) don't want to be this person:





The Telegram promotions.. its free spins/money so the win cap is needed. 

I got a suggestion what to buy the telegram promotion personal as a Christmas gift.

Buy them  a watch.  10 min Countdown timer .. should be about 10 min not between 5-75 min 😁

Hello Mr 24.  Actually, the key point is that by default you are offering bonuses that require 45x wagering of the bonus, AFTER which you also restrict withdrawals to 5X the bonus taken, with any additional funds won confiscated.  These are quite rogue terms.

To underline that this is the rule rather than the exception, lets look at your big banner website offers.

Monday Madness: 25% up to €750. (45X wagering, Balance greater than 5X the bonus forfeited on withdrawal)

Twist & Spin Tuesday: Deposit €75 & Get 100 Free Spins. (40x wagering on free spins winnings  Max Win: €300, standard conditions otherwise)

Crypto Deposit Bonus: 100% Depo bonus up to 0.006BTC (Standard Bonus terms.  So as not stated otherwise, 45X wagering AND Max 5X bonus withdrawal)

Finally Friday: 50% up to €300.  (Standard Bonus terms.  So as not stated otherwise, 45X wagering AND Max 5X bonus withdrawal)

Any emailed promotions including the ones I started this thread with have this unreasonable expectation that you will by default limit withdrawal to 5X the bonus taken when the punter has completed 45X wagering.  I actually had to unsubscribe from the mailing list as the offers where relentless but ALL had the same restrictive conditions.  I have yet to see any bonus offer that doesn't have these limitations.

The reality of this is that in the event that someone hits a run of luck and then actually completes wagering they will get shafted as they will only receive a tiny fraction of the money at withdrawal stage.

This is great business for you as its little risk with a massive safety net to minimise payouts to those extremely lucky customers .

I am quite sure Kim himself would never agree to such outrageous terms, so why would he promote it to the great community of viewers built up ?

Hi Badger,

You mentioned that you receive daily deposit offers and free bonuses via Telegram. However, there is a restriction when these bonuses are given so frequently. That said, there are still many bonuses without such restrictions.

As a final point, aside from cashback and rakeback, nothing stops you from playing with real money. So, your argument here seems to be that you want fairer bonuses with uncapped winnings, correct?

When you put it like that it almost sounds reasonable. :)  

However, whilst your points about perceived value & fast withdrawal times are noble (this should be the case for all casinos), the bottom line here is that your "regular" bonuses listed on your website all have 45X wagering PLUS 5X max withdrawal caps.  And it's the default position for bonuses unless otherwise stated per your T&C's. 

Wagering alone can wipe out winnings from one big hit, so why would you additionally apply a withdrawal cap after such a large wager?

Introducing these unfair terms under the guise of allowing longer gameplay time whilst sounding admirable is offset by the negative (here's what you could have won) experience on the discovery of the low withdrawal cap after such a large wagering multiplier.  These are unreasonable and unfair terms.  

Also, having wagering requirements and additional withdrawal limitations hidden in footnotes of advertisements/banner splashes and/ or full T&Cs makes them easy to miss before choosing to redeem an offer.  Additionally, most consumers don’t understand these terms, even when exposed to them.  This is what gets bonuses banned in a lot of countries. I haven't even mentioned the encouragement to gamble more element, and I'm not going to.  I'm only concentrating on the bad taste it leaves in a players mouth when they get schooled in real time.   You shouldn't have to get over this hurdle, to be offered the real bonuses. Most seasoned players will turn away at the first sight of ridiculous limitations (its why I started the thread with a warning to all label).

I am sure you don't want to get labelled as being yet another casino with perceived predatory business practices, so my question is why you even chose to go down that road?  

My question to as to why streamers would affiliate themselves with something so irregular as acceptable, stands.
