So, it has been around 2 months of silence from this fu**face sh**hole di**face person, but he/she is not giving up - neither am i.
This time it's Royal Panda and Mr. Green. I've notified them both via e-mail and waiting for a reply. I will post them when (or if) i get a reply.
I've been in touch with nkom.no who is the norwegian authority regarding all kind of communications. They are aware of the issue, but yet have not found a solution to stop this becasue there are so many parts involved in the technical solutions for ip/telecom. I've also reported this to the consumer authority, but i don't expect them to solve it either. At the moment it seems the only one who can stop it is ourselves and the power we have as customers.
We can:
- DO NOT sign up trough any of those link (those links are not better offers than you would get anyway)
- Complain to the related casino EVERY time we recieve an SMS spam - ask them how they will handle the complaint. Post the result here.
- Close our accounts on the related casinos if they dont take the complaint seriously
- Add related casinos to your "ban list". If they dont take a complaint like this seriously, how do you think they will handle any other complaint as a customer.
- Suggest to others to stay away from related casinos who operate with non-GDPR compliant affiliates.
Let me know if you have any other suggestions!
