Game Selection
At RealPrize, players can play slot machines, live dealer games, table games, exclusive games, and Instant Win.
On the homepage, you can scroll down to see the games segmented by providers and game type. RealPrize Casino has used many well-known providers, including Betsoft, Playson, M2Play, Spinomenal, Kalamba, and Evoplay.
The library of Instant Win games includes Crash, Plinko, Dice, and Scratchers. In all, there are 25 options.
As for the live dealer games, there are seven options with real-time croupiers, but only six are immediately accessible. The other, Baccarat, is locked behind the Silver Tier of the VIP Program. There are also five Live Show titles.
Moving over to table games, there are 15 titles, with one of them, also Baccarat, locked behind the Gold Tier. The table games include Dream Catcher, Video Poker, Texas Hold’Em, Oasis Poker, Sic Bo, Craps, Blackjack, and more.
Finally, the slots. In all, there are more than 700 games, and the slots make up the vast majority. There are numerous RealPrize exclusive titles, such as Thor’s Rage and Killroad 66. Some other popular slots include Kong’s Jungle Tower, Guardians of Glory, Wu Wen Yang, Monkey Wu, Spell of Wealth, Return to the Copa, and more.
In my experience playing the games, I didn’t encounter any lag or buffering, and the information sections for each game provided details on symbols, win lines, and the Return to Player Percentage.
Banking Options
At RealPrize and other sweepstakes casinos, you don’t make deposits. Instead, you make purchases. The only available purchase methods include Visa/Mastercard debit/credit cards and the e-wallet platform Skrill.
As for redemption methods, you can redeem using Visa/Mastercard debit/credit cards, Skrill, online bank transfers, or gift cards with Prizeout.
There are no transaction fees for purchases or redemptions. As for processing times, purchases are performed instantly.
Here’s the redemption time for each method:
- Visa debit/credit card: 1-5 days
- Mastercard debit/credit card: 1-5 days
- Skrill: 3-5 days
- Gift Cards: 1-3 days
- Instant Bank Transfer: 1-5 days
Transactions at RealPrize are safe and processed through Nuvei, a payment processing and technology company.
Security and Licensing
RealPrize Casino, operated by RealPlay Tech Inc. in Delaware, runs under a sweepstakes-style social casino model and isn’t real-money gambling. No purchase is required to play. The restricted states include Connecticut, Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, New York, Montana, and Washington.
The casino uses technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data and works with a third-party processor for all payments and redemptions.
Account verification involves confirming your email and phone number, submitting a government-issued ID, and a selfie.
RealPrize emphasizes data protection, fair play, and responsible gaming, providing a safe environment for all players.
Customer Support
RealPrize Casino offers support through its FAQ section, email/submission forms, social media, and live chat.
The FAQ covers common topics such as accounts, payments and verification, while submitting a request via email typically receives a response within 24 hours.
Live chat is available for players who reach Pearl status in the VIP Program (the sixth of seven tiers), so access is limited. For additional help, players can also reach out via RealPrize’s social media accounts, including Instagram, X, and Facebook.
Overall, support options cover most needs, with the FAQ and email forms accessible to all players and live chat reserved for VIP members.
Mobile Compatibility
RealPrize Casino is one of a few online casinos in the sweepstakes industry that offer iOS and Android apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Right after launching it, you’ll log in and be taken to the homepage. It’s quite like the desktop website, making it easy for players to transition from desktop to mobile, especially when you’re on the go.
At the bottom of the app, there's a menu for the store, redemption, the lobby, and promotions. There’s also a pop-out menu on the left side of the homepage on desktop.
Other than that, it’s a near carbon-copy experience, including the load times and functionality of the games.
Conclusion
RealPrize Casino has been in the sweepstakes/social casino space for several years, offering a wide range of games and multiple ways to contact customer support.
The RealPrize mobile app is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Give RealPrize a try for yourself and be sure to leave your own player review to keep prospective players informed.
