How to win big in Night Trax – Bonus Game feature
By landing 3 bonus symbols during a spin, you will trigger the bonus game feature and at the same time, the triggering symbols will be transformed into sticky multipliers. You will start off with 3 free spins on reels filled with blanks, multipliers and arrows. Every time a multiplier lands, the free spins will be reset to 3. Any arrow symbols that are connected to multipliers will also be turned into multipliers. The value will then be added to the multiplier at their right side.
There are three different multipliers that are able to land during the free spins.
- Low value – x1, x2, x3, x5 or x7
- Medium value – x10, x15, x25 or x50
- High value – x100, x250 or x500
Once you have used all your free spins, the value of all multipliers will be added up and you will receive your payout before returning to the main game.
- Trax Re-Spin feature
- Diagonal Paylines feature
- Splits feature
- X-iter feature
Starting off with the Re-Spins feature, this will be activated any time you land a winning combination. Once it's triggered, all of the symbols not part of the win will spin again. This will continue until no new winning symbols are added to the reel set.
As already mentioned, keep an eye out for paylines including diagonal arrow symbols. These are able to connect with arrows of the same colour in several different directions until they reach their end point.
Next up we have the Splits feature which is a spin-off from the Diagonal Paylines feature mentioned above. When any arrows of the same colour are split in several different directions, they will bring a multiplier into play. The more splits, the bigger the multiplier will get, which can boost your payouts by x2, x4, x8, x16 or x32.
Finally there is the X-iter feature which you might recognize from other newer ELK Studios slots. Here you will have five different game modes to choose from which will cost you between x5 and x500 your total stake, depending on what you wish to trigger.
Look and Feel of Night Trax
As already mentioned, what you will find in Night Trax is an 80s theme, but not just any old 80s theme, this is a futuristic neon coloured 80s setting. You'll find yourself in the middle of a futuristic Miami looking city at night, with all sorts of neon colours surround the screen. While there really is no intricate design to the game, the design is both sharp and colourful even with the night-time setting. The mood is complete with synth music playing while you spin the reels, which really adds to the whole 80s Miami Vice style.
On the reels you will be seeing 7 brightly coloured arrow symbols, the best of them being the purple one which pays x10 your total stake when landing a combination of 6 of them. The other arrows are both single, double, pointing upwards and pointing downwards, in blue, green, yellow and red.
