- Free Spins feature with Win Multiplier
- Random Win Multiplier feature
- Latest addition to Arthurian legends collection from Play'n GO
Diamonds of the Realm is the latest medieval themed slot created by none other than Play'n GO. This is far from their first medieval slot, with examples such as The Green Knight and The Sword and the Grail. While we kind of think this slot looks pretty similar to their previous releases with the same theme, some of you might be happy about just that. You will be joining the great knights of Arthurian legends once again and even though they all look pretty much the same, at least they look great.
Taking a closer look at the special features of the game, we found that there is only 2 of them which is pretty disappointing. One of them is the Win Multiplier feature that is randomly triggered with multiplier values of up to x100. Then you have the Free Spins feature, also involving some pretty great multipliers. So while there aren't many special features, the ones that do exist do a pretty great job.
Where to play
- ## How to win big in Diamonds of the Realm – Win Multiplier feature
The key to the big wins of the slot is through the Win Multiplier feature. This feature will trigger randomly on any spin. When this happens you will see the different Win Multiplier values appearing above the reels, showing x2, x5, x10 and x100. Should you manage to land a win on this spin, the active Win Multiplier above the reels will be applied.
This feature will also always be active during the free spins feature, meaning you could be looking at these kind of multipliers in both the main game as well as during the free spins feature.
- Free Spins feature
Trigger the Free Spins feature by landing 3 or more scatters on any of the reels. During this feature, you will see that the Win Multiplier always will be active, meaning you will be getting wins between x2 and x100 on every free spin. You will start the feature with 5 free spins and you will be able to increase the total by collecting Diamond scatters. This will get you some extra free spins in addition to increasing the Win Multiplier level. The scatters that triggered the feature in the first place will also count towards the collected amount.
- 6 collected diamonds - +5 free spins – x5 Win Multiplier for remaining free spins
- 12 collected diamonds - +5 free spins – x10 Win Multiplier for remaining free spins
- 18 collected diamonds - +5 free spins – x100 Win Multiplier for remaining free spins
When you have collected 18 scatters, you will receive more free spins in order to get your total up to 20. With a x100 multiplier on the remaining free spins, you won't be able to land any more scatters on the reels, which means no more additional free spins can be won.
Look and Feel of Diamonds of the Realm
There will be no doubt about what the theme of the game is as soon as it has loaded. The Arthurian legends theme is nothing new, neither in slots in general or with Play'n GO. But even thought we've seen it before, Play'n GO have done a great job with the design, sticking to a dark and gritty background showing the Camelot Castle. The story here is that Morgan and Mordred has stolen the diamonds of the realm, so it is up to you along with King Arthur and Queen Guinevere to retrieve them.
The symbols you will be seeing on the reels unfortunately include the standard royals, these being J, Q, K, A and T which are set on different coloured coins. The main characters of the game represent the high valued symbols, including Mordred, Morgan, Queen Guinevere and King Arthur who is of course the highest paying symbol.
