Hyppere Posted 22 July, 2020 Share Posted 22 July, 2020 I'm afraid I have been tricked into playing at a very bad site, despite a MGA license. I am starting to think that Winfest casino is a scam, I played with raw cash, I deposited a total of €1200 and won €25.810,10. I did not play with any bonus money, and they state that withdrawals may be pending up to 72 hours. My withdrawals have now been pending for over a week, and no money has been sent. I have contacted the MGA - they said they could NOT HELP ME! I have asked Winfest support why my money has not been sent, they say they're checking the gameplay and will send the money as soon as possible. But they're lying. Before I started to win, they asked for normal documents (for verification) ID, Proof of payment method and proof of address. I uploaded all of these documents in my account, and they sent me an email that I was verified. After this, I cancelled a few of my withdrawals and won bigger, more precisely, a total of €25.810,10. I decided to cash everything out, but then they started to ask for "extended verification on Skype! I completed this, even though it was very uncomfortable. Again i completed another "verification" which they called "extended verification". So as for now, I have not received any money, I did not break any rules! I want my money, I won fair and square! ryans_slots Posted 22 July, 2020 Share Posted 22 July, 2020 I get that you have been super patient in this however bigger withdrawals may take longer for e.g contacting the provider/s etc. I suggest you set a loss limit or cool off 1 day at a time until your able to get the withdrawals. Do NOT reverse any otherwise you'll just lose the lot and feel physically sick. be a little more patient I'm sure it'll get resolved soon. Link to comment
Hyppere Posted 22 July, 2020 Author Share Posted 22 July, 2020 The withdrawals have been pending for over 1 week now, I dont dare to touch the responsible gaming tools, they might use some of their T&Cs against me and use that for a reason not to pay. Link to comment

They maybe monitoring your account in terms of if you will reverse/play anymore set a loss limit and they will most likely process quicker I am from UK play most sites each time I wait for withdrawal I set loss limit and suddenly the withdrawals are much quicker sounds like a myth however worked/works for me. OneMoreBet Posted 22 July, 2020 Share Posted 22 July, 2020 Did you do the skype verification? To be honest, this just look like the stalling techniques some other casino's use to see if you cancel the withdrawals and gamble it all away. Keep a clear head and don't cancel any withdrawals! I also noticed that they have a €5k withdrawal limit per week so you will have to have some patience in getting your whole balance out. Link to comment
Gee_Bee1 Posted 22 July, 2020 Share Posted 22 July, 2020 MGA licence means fuck all its about as useless as the Curacao one these days. Link to comment

They called it "extended verification". Yes, 5 k per week, but a week has already passed, and no payment has been sent! I will wait for every cent. I'm really mad, I can clearly see that they are using stalling tactics. Link to comment

damson95 Posted 22 July, 2020 Share Posted 22 July, 2020 ''They do everything to avoid paying winnings. They request documents, and once I sent them drivers license (which was mentioned as one way to proof of ID in their terms of service), they reply me that they do not accept my drivers license and ask me to send another ID document. I have played on approx 50 online casino before, and EVERY of them has been accepting my drivers license so far. I told them I don't have any other ID document, but they did not wanna cooperate. For me it was obvious only reason for their actions was avoid paying the winnings, which they also succeed. Avoid this dishonest casino.'' from askgambler review Link to comment

Teamkayenne Posted 22 July, 2020 Share Posted 22 July, 2020 @Hyppere your complaint is live on askg. Don't worry mate. 🙂 Link to comment
Hyppere Posted 23 July, 2020 Author Share Posted 23 July, 2020 @Teamkayenne They replied to the complaint today, saying that they are waiting for the game provider to reply back to them. The problem is that I played many games from different providers. When I asked them which game provider they were talking about, they said; "as soon as the checks are done we will inform you. Have a good day" Link to comment
Li_Shang Posted 23 July, 2020 Share Posted 23 July, 2020 Looks like they are stalling and wanting you to cancel the withdrawal to gamble it away. Actually insane how patient you have been, this is a joke. Hang in there buddy hope you get your money! Actually insane how they can do this when you have played raw. I mean sure if you would have played with bonus money they would have looked for some terms you broke but cmon, this is ridicilous... Link to comment
Hyppere Posted 23 July, 2020 Author Share Posted 23 July, 2020 @Li_Shang Thank you mate, I appreciate the warm thoughts. As of yesterday, I set a stake loss limit of 10 euros, so it would practically be impossible to do anything with the winnings. I did that to assure I will get the whole amount cashed out. (thanks for the advice @ryans_slots). Still waiting for the withdrawals. Link to comment

Teamkayenne Posted 23 July, 2020 Share Posted 23 July, 2020 @Hyppere I know it buddy. This is a standard procedure for casinos that have a player winning big. (Honestly it's a very dumb decision to ask providers for the plays except if there are visible glitches such as 1000x winning on every spin. Yes I've seen it) Now if you want to know the response time frame from providers side it's going to be around Monday Tuesday. So in the early begining of next week you will be paid. PS. For a 25k it's kind of silly to ask win verification from soft.prov. 😂 But it's obligatory if they decide to choose this option. Link to comment
Hyppere Posted 23 July, 2020 Author Share Posted 23 July, 2020 @Teamkayenne Yes, I have heard about it before, but for a 25k win, it's not logical from my perspective, from the start they have had a odd behaviour after I started to win. My first withdrawals were originally 7k, which they cancelled after the first verification was completed. If this was a stalling tactic (Which i believe it was) it backfired on them and i ended up winning over 25k. All the games I played was acting "normal". I am sure that there were no glitches at all. I played slots from Play'n GO, Thunderkick, Gamomat, Microgaming, Red Tiger and a few other. My thoughts are why do they want to check this at all? I agree that it's very silly. Are they trying to pull a "malfunction voids all pays"? I hope they'll get the answers quick, I will keep you posted in this thread about all the updates. Link to comment
Teamkayenne Posted 23 July, 2020 Share Posted 23 July, 2020 @Hyppere Well it's actually pretty simple. Winfest already knows that the chances of finding a malfunction are pretty small. So it used this option to stall a little bit more. Other players fall for this one and actually lose at least 2/4 of their winnings while waiting. Btw for a casino to claim malfunction needs to have official statement by software provider. Link to comment
Hyppere Posted 23 July, 2020 Author Share Posted 23 July, 2020 @Teamkayenne I asked myself, who wants to cancel their withdrawals and continue to play at a casino which has shown that they are not particularly interested in paying out winnings? Well, unfortunately there might be many people who fall for this tactic. But I will not do it, never, the stake loss limit which i set, will also prevent that from happening. I want my withdrawals in full. Well, it's really good to know that the game provider has to make an official statement, that makes things more transparent. I'm looking forward to their reply. Teamkayenne Posted 23 July, 2020 Share Posted 23 July, 2020 @Hyppere Well mate for some people slots are fun and a hobby. For others are boring. For others it's a passion and for others an addiction I'm afraid. Besides this, yeah without official statement by provider, casino cannot claim malfunction. 😀 Don't worry mate. Be patient and you will be rewarded 😎🎉🎉🎉 Link to comment
