Youtube Related Question.

So Today I have been sorting out some clips, and doing small edits and uploading to youtube. 

All of a sudden I thought, am I not supposed to put some sort of disclaimer in my description, or maybe put some age restriction or other things? I don't want to end up getting banned for example!  Anyone that has experience with a youtube channel related to gambling can maybe give some do's and don'ts?!

MY 1ST channel got deleted they told me its because i had links in my description that took viewers away from YouTube. i never had disclaimers or age restrictions but they said it was the links nothing else
